Meredith Whole Living Center is a little slice of heaven. My husband loved the zero gravity float tanks. He sees a chiropractor on a weekly basis where we live in CT to help with his neck and back issues. He was experiencing a flare up while we were on vacation in the area. The combination of the float and Epsom salt helped relieve the pressure. My massage with Maleia was wonderful, I started to fall asleep at one point which is always a plus in my books as far as massages go. I also had the chance to talk to the owner Kelly, as this young wellness center grows the future she envisions for Meredith Whole Living Center, town residents, vacationers, and other local businesses will be impacted in a significantly positive way. Kelly has a passion for helping others and supporting local businesses and the community as a whole. Cheers to the newest and most promising addition to Meredith...
Read moreI had been looking into flotation therapy over the past several years as a healthier means of alleviating the stresses of everyday life. Lo and behold, I found Meredith Whole Living Center about 10 months ago and have not looked back since... The center is a most inviting space with state of the art flotation pods and rooms. Everything you need pre and post float is provided for you from towels and earplugs, to a complimentary cup of tea to enjoy in their beautiful sitting room post float! Kelly, Stormy and the rest of the Meredith WLC staff also make an already relaxing and therapeutic experience even better with their kind, inviting demeanors and warm smiles! I am grateful to have had the chance to try flotation therapy and can honestly say that it has been life changing so a heartfelt THANK YOU to Meredith WLC...

It's not a cure for back injuries, but boy did it help! The surgery was extremely successful and did what it was supposed to do. What a fusion surgery doesn't do is cure arthritis, which is horrible in rainy weather (seems like it's been raining here for a month straight!). I went yesterday for about an hour. I felt amazing afterwards! I highly recommend floating if you're arthritic, have sore muscles, or are dealing with bursitis in the hip. It's been 28 hours since I stepped out of the por and I still feel great.
The 2 young ladies working were professional and SUPER...
