I came in 15 minutes early for my appointment. Was told there was no place to sit so I had to wait outside for 15 minutes. I literally live down the street but wanted to be on time so I waited behind the building. My appointment was at 11. At 11 I come around the corner and I still see the same person getting cut so I wait some more. After no phone call or email…I get a notification that they marked me as a no show and expected to pay full price. Just only a minute later I walked in and was asked “Where have I been?” It’s only 10 minutes after my appointment. When I told them he was still cutting hair at 11:04 I was told I was wrong and he was done with the same client who was still standing there at 11. And he then told me my payment didn’t go through so I would have to come a different day and he can take me in tomorrow. After leaving the place only a minute later…miraculously my card was charged with the canceled fee. So not only did I show up early for my appointment…I received no haircut…told I had to come a different day..told I was a no show…and charged for absolutely nothing. I don’t go out of my way to give bad reviews because I’m genuinely a nice person but this has been probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in regards to a barbershop that relatively seems laid back. Maybe I was in the wrong on some level…but since no one was there at the time…I didn’t see the harm in trying to cut my hair when all I wanted was a...

Stumbling in with his hoodie on, barely able to look at me to greet me.

I waited until it was 7 am, I saw a customer had walked in.

When I looked for the OK to come in I was stopped with a conversation THOUGH THE DOOR like I’m a zoo animal and a conversation that could only mean that my money wasn’t good enough for a walk in or an in Person scheduling of an appointment I would have to scan a QR code.

Thank you feel fresh for enslaving my community. I hope our hard earned dollars bought you that truck you just barely got out of this morning.

Side note: I can’t believe I just met DJ Khalid if he is Khalid he is not the best and we will not be having another encounter.

As I said to you this...

I got my sons hair cut twice by Dan and he messed it up each time. If I'm giving u a picture then I don't understand the problem. When David does it it's great but unfortunately he wasn't available so I went to another barber but I'm not doing that anymore..I've waisted $42 on a 11 yr olds hair cut twice NEVER AGAIN 😡....AND DAN MY SON HAS ADHD ..AND AGAIN THE BARBER DAVE DOES IT JUST FINE EVEN IF HE IS MOVING ..I keep forgetting every barber is not the same so u may not be used to an active kid..u can't get mad at me for being upset since this happened twice. And I couldn't complain since I wasn't with him...
