CVS — Local services in Meriden

First off this pharmacy is NOT 24hrs. The staff very rude and uninformed. Went through the drive through and the woman took my paper and told me to come back in 20 minutes. I waited as I wanted to ask her a question. 10 minutes later a 2nd woman appears and I give her my information and she informs that I can not drop off the prescription until the day it's going to be picked up. I returned the following morning and was told that I would have to wait over an hour for my medication. This is the exact situation I wanted to avoid as I didn't have the time to wait. I went inside to wait and the store was dead. Not a single customer. During my hour + wait I observed 2 other customers come in and drop off prescriptions that they said they would be back for the following day.

I found the customer service to be non existing here. And the tech in the pharmacy actually argued with me about the name of a medication I've been on for over 6 years! I will never go back if I have the option of...

This is the worst CVS location I've been to. I really don't recommend the Pharmacy to anyone the staff is extremely rude and don't care about the customers I'm disabled and for the past 4 months I've been having to wait almost the entire day to get my medication filled I've literally been there 9 times today since 1:00PM Everytime I go I get told to come back 15 minutes I give them 20 just so I can get told to come back in half hour because my medication isn't ready they are making me waist my time and gas I've been going through the same thing for the past 4 months they don't care because they're not the ones having to deal with the chronic pain that I've been living with for the past 9 years I'm definitely going to change Pharmacy because CVS doesn't care about...

I use my CVS app for past 7 years my shows my next refill I on 0917 20 call my doctor for new proscription on 09 15 20 on the 09 17 20 calls CVS asking for may medicine have 2 ask again if they are ready for pick up answer is both medicine ready for pick up coming to the store going to pharmacy section asking for my proscription the person bring me one I ask for the second one It’s too early we will hold for on other 2 days never before have any problems if my app shows refill be on 15 of the month 100% everything was ok to this month I checked reviews today and what I see I’m looking for new family owned pharmacy thanks big greedy...
