5/4/21 The light scent of meats being smoked greeted me as I exited my car to enter this long established meat store that I've been meaning to try for years. Although I've driven past it literally hundreds of times, for some reason, I'd never thought to sample what they offer. The interior is clean and neat, having the look of many years of satisfied customers coming through the doors. I decided to try some of their own hot dogs in natural casings, made of a beef/pork blend, some in-store made bratwurst, some delicious looking breakfast sausages, also made in-house, and a couple of ham steaks that caught my eye as the friendly young man was packaging up the rest of my order. I can tell I'll be satisfied with all of it, and will be certain to return for more meat products...

Their selection is wonderful, their bacon incredible, their sausages amazing, and their liverwurst rivals the fanciest of pâtés. Plus their prices are incredibly affordable. I highly recommend their smoked pork chops and chicken thighs.
On a COVID note, they're currently handling everything with all the careful consideration I would expect of such an excellent operation. I'd recommend the liverwurst and the tonguewurst if you haven't had either before. They have a smoky flavor and a similar texture to bologne, they're quite addictive though so don't be surprised if you start getting cravings!
The German products are inexpensive given they're import specialty goods and this is one of the few places you can get them...
