I came on a whim with my best friend after going to another place because we wanted to check out some crystals. The air and aura was refreshing and welcoming. We were immediately greeted by Amanda (no one greeted us at the other place). She was was very sweet and interactive with us. She asked if we had ever been there before, when we said it was our first time, she gave us a tour. As she dealt with some customers, my friend and I continued browsing the stones. She was very intuitive on our vibes.. not sure if that's the right word but she definitely picked up on us. I wish I could or knew how to explain that better. I know that I felt so comfortable in her presence. I couldn't help but want to purchase the package of the Zen Den, Foot Detox and the Air Bar. Omg, I'm so glad we did. I felt bad she closed a little later then normal but she gave me an experience I never had with a total stranger. The things that she picked up on me while briefly speaking was.. shocking. I look forward to seeing her face again before I head back home to NY. I still want to do the Meditation Room, Reiki, the Float Pod.. I mean everything. I just wish I could take her and the store back with me. Her vibe/ energy was superb. Chefs kiss to Amanda. You made me a believer.... Thanks for a...
Read moreI do not recommend the float therapy at all. The employee who took me to the float room did not tell me how to do anything. She was not friendly or helpful. Ear plugs should be provided. After floating and showering throughout the day my ears sounded crusty because they were encrusted. When I called to find out what to do the girl didn't know and guessed that I should just rinse them with hot water. She later called back, instead of the owner or manager to tell me to put peroxide in my ears but it was going to hurt. I already showered and ran lots of water in my ears, then put peroxide in because too much water remaining in my ears. Tomorrow I will be calling my doctor. Beyond a Dream should not have employees that are not trained properly. If they are going to continue the float therapy they should offer ear plugs or ear drops or something to keep salt from crystallizing in the ears. Very scary how little information the employee had AND that the owner/manager would not call me back. Yep, Facebook will be flooded with...
Read moreI was extremely excited to go here and do the ionic detox foot bath, especially after reading positive reviews. However, my experience was anything but positive. Towards the end of my service, I had to use the rest room and could not wait due to a medical condition. When I asked the worker, Sarah, if I could go, she immediately got edgy and stated how she wouldn’t be able to read the water. I asked if there was anything I could do to make it work, and instead she threw her hands up at me and in a very condescending way said “well I have to mop now anyways so whatever.” This caused me to feel extremely uncomfortable and I ended up leaving without completing my service feeling uncomfortable due to her blatant lack of decency and respect. My friend who was with me did not finish her service either, not feeling comfortable with the worker anymore, though we were still charged the full amount. As a first time customer I would not suggest going here unless you want to be...
