Rally House Okemos — Local services in Meridian Charter Township

One of the most complicated return experiences I've ever had. I bought a sweatshirt back in Dec, brought it in to return, I was never emailed a receipt or given a paper one, but they were able to look it up by my card. Ended up exchanging and paying the difference. When I went to take the second sweatshirt back, I was stuck there for over a half an hour b/c whoever processed the initial return did it wrong and they were unable to refund my money back to the card I originally paid with and could only do a gift card. I was told when I left, I would receive the funds in 5-10 business days. Next day an online gift card appears in my email. I call customer service at this point, b/c I was getting no help in store, and it took an hour of being transferred all over just to be told that's all they could do. I have never had to jump through so much mess to get money back from a store....

I bought a shirt on Thursday for a college football game that was going to be on Saturday. When I got home, it didn’t fit well and wasn’t true to size. The next day (on Friday..) I went back to the store to exchange it for a bigger size. I had the receipt, but I realized at the return counter that my dog had chewed off the tags the night before without me knowing (found them on the floor when I got home from the store) Even with the receipt and the shirt being unworn, and the game not for another day, the store wouldn’t let me exchange it...

I understand you have return policies, I've worked in customer service, but I had just purchased it and the game hadn't even been played yet, I obviously wasn't trying to pull anything. You lost a lifetime customer over a $30...

Great selection. Not exactly cheap but good quality. They would have received 5 stars but lost one for not having a single hook on the wall in their changing rooms. I hung the potential new shirt on the door handle and had to put my shirt on a dirty bench. When I mentioned it to a worker, she said “yeah, other customers have said the same”. Jesus, I paid $128 for a very nice polo. Take $10 of that and put in some hooks!

The other star was lost because I went to use the bathroom but it had no locking option. Did not feel comfortable using it with the potential of having someone walk in.
