Cottage Inn Pizza Okemos — Restaurant in Meridian Charter Township

We’ve used this cottage inn for many years! This is my LAST VISIT! I ordered online 2 pizzas with everything flavor crust! EVERYTHIG was all over both pizzas, ugh! They forgot to include the salad so we had to go back. It was supposed to be a large green but the only thing Greek was the dressing! Tons of cherry tomatoes swamped the dry old leaves lettuce leaves. And a couple of large chunks of red onion that looked like they’d been cut with the plastic knife were sticking out from the wimpy off green leaves! The girl included an small order of bread sticks for failing to give us the salad on our first visit. Turned out these were swimming in buttery stuff and blond looks like they needed to be cooked. If I hadn’t been hungry I’d have taken them back for a refund! Don’t bother...

My work bought these pizzas but first time trying compared to other pizza places “ I’m not impressed there Pizzas sucks “ they seem like they are cutting corners and pizza has no flavor at all and soons you literally pick it up the stuff falls off .. I’m sorry but best pizza around is Jets will be my Go to atleast there pizza taste really Good and they don’t cut corners and stuff stays on the pizza like it should . Also cottage inn pizza when they make it they cheap you out on pizza sauce on pizza basically all you taste is pizza being way to doughy … definitely will not eat...

Cottage Inn is widely known to be expensive relative to other pizza chains - but we’ve liked the product in the past. In advance of a gathering with people expecting to eat at 5:00, we placed our order at noon. On arriving at the store at 4:50, we were told “sorry, we’ve been getting a lot of orders; your order won’t be done for another 35 minutes. I understand that things happen, but decent service dictates that you at least call the customer; offer a price reduction, or something, for screwing up a party’s order after the customer went to the trouble of ordering five hours...
