-Called seven jean directly (9/30/20), they confirmed every pair of their jeans use YKK zipper (Sports by Sager sold jeans have a Talon zipper) - they noted they aren’t authentic -Tags also located on wrong side of the jean and differ from every other pair of seven jeans I’ve purchased -Spoke to employee at company on 9/30/20 -Seller claimed he doesn’t sell fake merchandise (Searched google review and found another review nothing sold counterfeit ESS glasses) -Noted he has sold over “60 pairs of these jeans without an issue” -Stated he does not buy the goods directly from seven jeans, but from a supplier -Would not list supplier name (claimed they are a certified supplier) -Immediately after hanging up the supplier pulled the product from Amazon website (assumed to prevent further exposure of fraudulent goods), however listings still remain on ebay as noted in screen shots -Seller offered full refund of goods, in exchange for a return or to keep fraudulent jeans with a $10 discount -Contacted Amazon to report the fraud, Amazon offered guarantee refund on shipping return -Chose to return fake jeans (Buyers beware, you may be buying my...
Read moreThe product I ordered over their Amazon store was totally fine and I only had to return because it didn’t fit my bike quite right. When I mailed the product back, USPS lost some of the pieces. Gary found the ripped bag that had contained the components. This started a back and forth that ended with Gary inundating us with messages over Amazon.
I wouldn’t write a negative review over only that though, it was when he started sending messages to my personal email, handwritten letters to my home, and then messages to people on Facebook with the same or similar names to me.
I don’t have Facebook, I only know this because he told me he was doing so in one of the many Amazon messages I received.
I shrug off bad service. Sometimes you just catch someone having a rough day and I just don’t care that much.

Read moreI purchased a cowboy hat thru Amazon from this store. Amazon stated it would arrive just before Christmas and then told me it would be much AFTER Christmas...... MEANWHILE These Classy folks processed my order and I received it less than 48 hrs after placing the order! GO TEAM!! Now....turns out the hat is too large so I am going to attempt an exchange....Lets see how that goes!
A few days latter.....THESE FOLKS ROCK! They VERY quickly sent out a smaller size without charge. I will get ALL of our cowboy/girl hats here! GREAT SERVICE...
