I bought a The North Face Fleece from Loeb's and it was the best price I could find, shipment was extremely fast I got it in 2 days! I contacted Loeb's after I received it due to an issue with the Fleece and the customer support was amazing, very easy & personal - just sent a message on Facebook and a Representative - Will was really prompt and flexible to give me all the support and to make a customer happy and satisfied. I definitely recommend Loeb's and I want to say thank you for Will and the Customer Support Team as I really got all the support I needed! Read all! Received north face shorts as promised. They didnt fit. Unannounced anywhere on the return policy they don't accept returns on sale items. Unfortunate situation.

the CEO reached out to me upon receiving my email. He clarified for me tue return policy. It was my bad. I missed it. Even still was willing to work with me and help me get the product i need. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days....
