My Wife and I have been married for well over a decade. When we got married we were dirt poor, and I was unable to afford the ring that she deserved. For years I have been promising her a proper ring. Life kept getting in the way. We moved houses several times, had several children, needed bigger vehicles, ect. Something expensive always seemed to hit us whenever I had the money. I told my wife that I wasn’t going to let that happen anymore and that her ring was top priority. Rather than picking it out myself, I asked her what the perfect ring would look like? After all, she had enough time to picture it! We soon realized that it wouldn’t be an off the shelf item. Custom was the only way to go. We shopped around at a handful of local shops. We knew exactly what we wanted. We explained to people at each shop exactly what we were looking for down to the smallest detail. At every shop we had the same problem. PEOPLE DO NOT LISTEN. It was like rather than sell us what we wanted, they wanted to make a ring that they thought that we should have. One lady was so bad at listening that my wife and I kept looking at each other wondering “is this lady for real?” Then we went to our appointment with Neal. That man knows how to listen! It was like he hung on our every word as we described the perfect ring. He then made a computer image and a 3D printed ring with the real stones set in it. He produced everything that we asked him to down to the smallest detail. Once seeing the mock up on her finger, my wife wanted to make some tweaks before the final product. Neal understood the changes and was happy to oblige. We ended up with phenomenal service and an amazing, one of a kind ring. Neal sold us better quality stones, and a more custom ring for substantially less than his competition. I can honestly say that my only complaint is that my interaction with him is going to cost me more money down the line. I’m going to want to have some more jewelry made! We had a disaster happen during a window of COVID and lost my wife's ring of 18 years. I have tried to find it everywhere possible after this for 2 years. I finally gave up and sought out the best designer to recreate it as it was a custom design I proposed with in 2003. I really didn't have much hope in getting close.

All I can say is Neal floored me. I gave him 2 pictures, and what I wanted to do to it on our 10 year anniversary (my wife wouldn't let me touch it). Neal made a masterpiece and helped me double it's original diamond weight (1 to 2 carat) plus the little stones in the wedding band. However, the diamond quality is jaw dropping. I would share the pics here, but I don't want it replicated. It's the most beautiful ring and looks like it was the original ring in our wedding photos. Very tasteful, I asked to spend more and he showed me the quality was perfect for the size I was restricted to. So he helped me add beautiful princess cut earrings to match her engagement ring.

All I will say, you would be a fool to go to any dept store or national jewelry store with an artist like Neal here that will give you the best and you will be shocked at the cost which is extremely impressive. I feel like I got a deal, which I never have purchased jewelry and felt anything but taken.

His operation set up is on point!! I work crazy hours and out of town full time and never really had the opportunity to ring shop around and the little bit I did I could never find what I wanted or have any of your name brand ring stores customize any of the rigs that were kinda close to what I was looking for but not quite the one and they would just say “how the ring is, is how you get it”.

But with Neal that wasn’t the case!! I was able to make a few phone calls to him and send a few pictures of different rings I liked different things on and within a day or so he was able to 3D build the ring online and sent me over some pictures and nailed it on the first try!! All this without me having to spend hours driving around looking at rings or ever having to go anywhere! It was such a fun and easy process
