I wish I could give zero stars, but I had to give one star to leave a review. I stopped in this establishment the early part of last month. I came in to treat myself to an eyebrow piercing before I went out of town for my birthday. I rung the bell twice at the front desk, and basically was ignored. I should’ve left then, but I heard voices towards the back. I walked back and looked in the room. The people there looked at me, and turned around and continued talking and working on someone’s tattoo, like I was invisible. If you’re afraid of diversity…….say that. Please post in your window and on your website that you don’t patronize people of color. I’m good with that, then I know where to spend my green money at. Moving forward, I went to the east coast a couple of weeks later. While visiting for my birthday, I received a beautiful piercing from Tattoo Galaxy- Willow Grove Piercing and Tattoos in PA. I had a very welcoming experience from a “WHITE” female piercer. She was very professional and knowledgeable. More importantly, she wasn’t afraid of diversity. I will be booking a flight for now on, for any of my piercing needs. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I’m not pinning racism, I’m pinning facts. I can care less about our background. What I do care about is how I was treated in your establishment. You have a small view when it comes to customer service. Stop trying to give me a negative response……you’re the one with the unprofessional establishment, not me. You claim you have 33 years of experience, I beg to differ. No establishment would ignore a potential customer due to being busy or being under staffed. I shouldn’t have to announce that I’m in your establishment. I should’ve been greeted when I entered, regardless if you were busy or not. All you had to do was acknowledged me, and say you’ll be with me in a moment, or say we’re really busy right now, would you like to schedule an appointment? You shouldn’t need 33 years of experience to know that. You should be trying to gain customers, not lose them. Instead of trying to rectify your unprofessionalism, you’re trying to attack and deflect. Yes, I wrote a review, because people need to know how they will be treated when they walk in your establishment. They might receive service, and they might not. It will depend on if you’re busy, or short handed. That’s my review of my visit……don’t get...

Update: since my 1st review there were some changes as well as 2nd fresh start where I got to meet the owner and staff and it was and awesome visit! They definitely made me feel like a special guest/customer! They were warming, inviting, and kind it was majorly different and I'm glad I went back! They were beyond generous and even gave me an amazing gift! Got my nose pierced here the other day and I will be back for more work 😊

1st visit:Was very unprofessional...went with a friend who just lost her husband and was getting a tattoo in his memory...1st started with the young little girl saying kids can play in a back room so we went were she took us while my friend began her work....the owners nephew (he claimed idk) yelled at me and my kids wow...only went where we were told...then we went back to room with my friend as she is getting the ink one male worker walks in and jokes about the quality of work (poor taste) then the little girl goes on to try and diagnose people off jokes like she is therapist...sit down dear a real professional wouldn't do that...I would definitely recommend Meridian tattoo over this place 🤷‍♀️ maybe it was off day maybe it wasn't idk but when coming in paying for work and doing it in honor of a lost love one this wasn't the...

Have had nothing but the best experiences with everyone there. My wife and I both are in the process of having a lot of work done on our arms and we get treated like family every time we are in the shop. The owner lets our kids come in and play with their sons toys and they play well together and are respectful of their things. I would recommend this business to anyone at any time. I honestly feel like the owners are professional and treat me and my family as an extension of their own. Thank your for the professionalism great...
