Vape Plus — Local services in Meridian

I’ve had great experiences in this store and terrible. One gentleman was probably the coolest guy I’ve met. Super insightful, helpful, and gives you a feeling as if he could be your best friend. However the female manager at this establishment has made the past 2 visits awful. She completely ignored me the first time no greeting, no offer to help. Had her headphones in and never made an attempt to engage even to make a sell that was guaranteed. One section with the register is blocked for obvious reason, the register and glass breakables with a sign that reads restricted area. The other side does not have any sign and has only powder for sale. I grabbed my powder and waited for 10 minutes before she even walked over to check me out. Tonight she again didn’t greet me. Asked me what I was doing as I went for my product seeing as she is no help and rude, I pointed out there’s not been a problem before. She said thats a problem that she’ll handle, Indicating she’s going to punish other employees. Hands down, the worst experience I've ever had in a vape shop. I called before arriving to make sure she had what we were looking for, and she reassured me she did. It wasn't like a miscommunication, we were on the exact same page while talking on the phone. When we arrived, the driver went inside to purchase what we had just discussed and came back out with a completely different product, which she didn't believe was correct, but the lady pursuaded her to buy it anyway. So when she came back out with an item that we had not discussed and that we were not looking for, I calmly walked back into the store to return it. WE HAD NOT EVEN LEFT THE PARKING LOT! Not only would she not even let me speak, but told me no refunds, AND STARTED YELLING AT ME TO GET OUT NOW WHILE FOLLOWING VERY QUICKLY...

Place was neat. Only problem is I went there and bought a delta vape, my mistake was not checking it before leaving. When I opened it, I realized it was leaking so I took it back and the guy there switched it out for another one, again my mistake I didn't check it AGAIN, but it wouldn't hit. I figured maybe it needed to be charged so I plugged it up let it sit for awhile, then the light went off so I thought it was done charging, but it's not working at all. And it's not even lighting up when I plug it up, but when I unplug it, it blinks. I would bring it back but since I had already went home with it, and they were out of receipt paper I'm not sure if they'd be able to rectify it.
