If you get a chance to eat here....DON'T! I visited this place on 4-8-23...Coupons are now only good for certain sandwiches. And the list is SHORT! Why mail out coupons if you will not honor them? I ordered a toasted foot long spicy italian; from the "list". Every time something fell off my sandwich, it was thrown away and not replaced. So I ended up with about 85% of what I asked for. I asked for my sandwich to be cut on half; which I had to finish pulling apart after I got home. How can you not check to be sure you cut a sandwich in half??? The bread was also stale. I was only ten minutes from home. Who knows how long the bread had been in the warming box! I will close with this....the only way I'll ever visit this place again, is if I need a...

Hit or miss, some days there's a good selection of breads and the veggies look fresh - other days you barely have a choice between wheat or white bread and the veggies look old, limp, unappealing.

Staff is usually very friendly and go that extra step to make sure your sandwich is what you want, some days ..... some days I feel like I'm inconveniencing the staff, but those days are getting more rare lately. Which is good.

The store is always clean, chips and drinks well stocked. Depends on time of day you visit, going during lunch or dinner rush things will be scarce. Going in between rushes is typically when I find the best service and best selection of breads and...

This visit was awful. We walked into a near empty building with just a 1 person in line. We waited 20 minutes before we had our sandwiches paid for. One employee worked the drive up window and register and one made sandwiches. Unfortunately, she kept making sandwiches for the drive through. Once she finally made our sandwiches, they sat on the counter waiting to be dressed while she went back to making drive through sandwiches. Once they were finally dressed, we waited while the cashier took more orders at the window and took money from the drive up customers.
