Old Navy — Local services in Merriam

I went in today (9/12/19) and found some good deals on clothes. I grabbed at least a dozen to try on. I went through 4-5 stalls and realized none of the locks worked on them. Very inconvenient. I told both associates back there & they looked at me puzzled. Didn’t understand why, but ok. One of them asked how many I had. I told them at least 11, however I didn’t see a limit sign of how many clothes you were allowed to try on. So instead of me arguing with them, I set half outside of my stall and the other half trying on. No big deal, but I kept getting the weird feeling that those associates thought I was stealing and obviously I wasn’t going to do that. Love old navy, but this location always gives me problems on something. I’m finding...

Ever go go somewhere for the first time in many years and remember why within 15 minutes? I went in while waiting for my husband to finish his haircut. Since it had been more than 5 years since I've been in one of these stores, why not? Ah, yes! Now I remember...Think you found something you like? Too bad! All the stock is on the floor with only 3 items in 2 sizes. But you can't know for sure because there's no employee around to ask. And which of the prices on the table (there's always at least 2, sometimes 3) is the right one? We don't know because none of the price check scanners work either. Over priced, low quality clothes and poor service? Pretty crowded...

Had not been to this location in many years until last week I stopped in for flip flops as mine had broken and I wanted to grab some before the season ended. Seemed like they only had a few regular racks and everything else was clearance. I know its close to end of summer and fall stuff coming out but this store just seemed messy. Then only one cashier for the line until a lady finally came to help, who then was cranky making change for my purchase. Yea most people use cards to pay, that doesn't mean cash should be so disregarded, even after covid. Money is money, take it or I take my business...
