Craig R., the 'coordinator' talked, laughed and sang while the line was 5 people and growing. He finally stopped long enough to call someone up, and for those reasons alone, he should not be in customer service. But that wasn't the worst of Craig R. When he checked me out, he didn't greet me, just started ringing my items, all the while talking about the weather in Las Vegas with the customer next to me and another employee. He didn't speak to me at all except to tell me the amount, then give me the pitch for the credit card. I politely declined. He completed the transaction and handed me the receipt. He didn't thank me, say goodbye, etc., etc. I was a retail store manager for two years, and I get it, but I really don't expect much more than politeness. Read morePlace was a total wreck! The employees were very few and far between, with those that were around not sociable, avoiding customers and seeming to be extremely unhappy. Also, the check out was soooo slow! I purchase 2 wooden trays and of course, the cashier found that they were mislabeled, had to call for someone to help her get the proper sku#, which took forever! Then the cashier had to make a new price label for the item and to top it all off, the items were the same price!! With all the bull and waiting, I definitely should have gotten a discount, cause it was no fault of mine that this store didn't have their stuff together and items on the floor labeled properly for their system!! It was a midweek, middle of the day time and surprisingly busy. Only two cashier's on deck and one "disappeared" for 10-15 minutes leaving Erica to hold the fort with 15+ people in line. I was #2 and waited over 25 minutes with many behind me starting to complain. By the time I got to the counter she greeted me calmly and proceeded to scan through my multiple items.
