Subway — Restaurant in Merriam

This Subway is by far the worst experience I've ever had, EVER. I don't think any of the food was fresh plus a lot of the stuff was out. The girl who was there was very dirty, IDK why, and she said that the earlier shift didn't stock anything so that's why it was out of everything. There was nobody there and it did not look busy, so things could have been stocked. I want it oven roasted chicken breast which I guess I didn't know that they stop selling and that's fine I guess. They still had teriyaki chicken, but it was out for some reason and it was only 8 pm. There was no spinach, no jalapenos, the lettuce was wilted and old looking. DEFINITELY not fresh. There was no chocolate chip cookies, which is the most common type of cookie you should have, but it wasn't that important so I picked a different flavor. But there was no cookie bag, like really. This place was literally the worst. The girl there, which looks like it was only her, was super careless...

I love Subway, and my friend and I ate here about a month ago at my request. The food was awesome, as always, but my friend found out from their cardholder that the cashier had used my friend's card to purchase $2,000 worth of merchandise from Best Buy and other retailers. Most of the folks here are very nice, and the place is usually quite clean. Every time I walk through the door, I am greeted by the delicious smell of fresh salad fixings and baking bread. I would love to give them a 5 star review, but because of the experience with that particular cashier, I just can't do it. I don't know if that cashier is still employed by them or not, but as a precaution, we should be doing our own payments, e.g., swiping, chip, etc. just don't hand folks your card if you can help it. I can only assume that they took pictures of the card in order to use it later. Overall, I still really enjoy Subway. Aside from the high prices, they're definitely one of my top...

We first noticed they had a sign that they were out of bread, that's fine because we wanted flat bread. The woman taking the order and making sandwiches should not be working there. No customer service, and had to repeat what we wanted more than 3 times, and that was for 2 of us. After messing up with what we wanted, she apologized cause "it's been a long day, I've been here since 10am". She needs to be moved to washing dishes, and not providing customer service. No customer service at all, she made an easy experience into one that I or anyone I'm closest to to ever step foot in this place again. I will be calling corporate, and I would love to say what I really want to say to the owner. That would be that the owner needs to do a better job in hiring people for CUSTOMER SERVICE positions.
