Great Clips — Local services in Merriam

The only time I have had a worse haircut is the last time I visited this location. Same stylist, same 2 1/2 minute haircut. We checked in online and my son and I arrived 5 minutes early. The stylist i had spent a total of 2 1/2 minutes on my haircut, a very quick pass with the clippers on the sides and virtually no cutting of the top of my head, she did not trim my neck or sideburns and once I got home I had to go back with scissors myself to try and even up the top as some of my hair was not even touched. We had been going to that location for 10 years, but this is the 3rd time we got the same stylist who for some reason feels she needs to see how fast she can do the bare minimum and get us out of the chair. We WILL NOT return to Great Clips at any location for any reason. I can do a more detailed job and as good a job myself looking in the mirror. VERY VERY dissatisfied and somewhat angry and how little she seems to care about the quality of the haircut or experience. I have always tipped quite well and always get haircuts for both myself and my son....

Bad experience, it was never happened in another Great Clips before.

First time i met the stylist, i show the picture of hairstyle side part skin fade with line, she said Ok, The Stylist did so fast but the result was not good, the stylist did not show me the result of my back, left or right side like usually Stylist did in many Great Clips i went to before... when the sylist said ok it's done and suddenly took off the apron, then i saw my hair cut messy on left side, and the stylist did not recognized it, and i just walked few step and tried to look at the mirror and touch and the sylist said, oh yes i see it. she tried to fix it, and even the stylist forgot to make a line on side part of my hair or give some gel/pomade to make it perfect like usually i found in another Great Clips branch.

I really disappointed with the service, never return back to this Great Clips...

So I had been going to this place for years. Even when there was one closer I'd chose to make the drive to here. But, then I got a half done hair cut completely botched that I had to grow it out to fix it. At the end she want to wash my hair after water kept going down my back. She adjusted a couple times the store owner came over. She explained it was broken. Nothing was done to fix the situation. Then she took a towel and swiped across my head once and then tossed the towel so I had to walk out with a dripping head. I was so mad all kinds of evil thought were visiting me. After all this person had cut my hair before and botched it ever time so that I would refuse to use her when she called my name. And I only did do to the rush I was in.
