Busy store with lots of nice western wear. I intend to go back and spend more time looking through their clothing. They had some beautiful leather coats.

I went in looking for a simple belt. I ended up buying a simple, black, leather belt ready for a buckle. I also bought a belt that I had not planned on buying. There were a couple of 44" belts left after I bought two. The sizes seemed to run to 48" with a couple of 46" belts as well. There was a third rack of belts that I completely missed until I was leaving the store. They appeared to be more showy than I would usually wear but I will give them a second look when I go back to do more shopping

There were two employees (husband and wife owners maybe) Both of them multi-tasked assisting me and three other customers at the same time. I didn't have to wait for help or checking out at all.

I am only giving them 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 because they had a limited number of boots for my size 14 feet. The boots I had to chose from were all also brown, square toed boots except for one round toe. When I asked about special ordering or shipping, I didn't really get a response. There was also no apparent way to measure your feet in the store. It would have been nice to do that my shoe size seems to have changed recently.

The selection was mostly targeted towards men, and I was disappointed in many of the women’s options. This was not worth the unnecessary attention my friend and I recieved trying to shop here. I get it, we’re young; but that is no reason to assume that we may steal. We were stared at the entire time, regardless of there being other customers in the store as well. In fact, after we left the woman working the store even left the building for a moment to take trash out with other customers still inside. Why trust them but assume the worst of us? We gave no impression of thieving, and my friend and I were genuinely going to buy new boots as ours were getting worn. We even both were wearing our current ones, so it was clear that we were looking to buy. I was even considering a buckle, and my friend an additional hat. You lost a potentially large sale because of this treatment of younger customers. Not to mention the attitude when we decided not to make a purchase. How dare you treat us in such a suspicious way and then get upset that we didn’t want to waste our money on that? Not sure if I will ever try this place again, however it isn’t like there are many options....

I received the worst customer service from this place and I ADVISED ANYONE TO NOT SHOP FROM HERE. I put a tejana on layaway and left a deposit because they did not have the Estilo Sinaloa. The day that I put the tejana on layaway NEVER DID THEY EVER explained or talked about canceling layaway orders. They only talked about how much time I had to pay it off. I then decided to cancel the layaway and I already knew that I would not be able to get my money back. So they gave me a hard time stating that I couldn’t cancel the layaway also that I could only get store credit. I didn’t mind if I got store credit but they also left me a voicemail stating that I WILL NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO PUT ANYTHING ON LAYAWAY FROM THEM. I have never been disrespect that bad from any business. Felt that they were technically trying to BAN me from their store. I work in customer service as well and I have never treated any customer like this or ever talked to them in a way where the customer will feel like they’re not welcome back...
