My name is Theresa, this is our business email. I just want to say, Jack went over and above to make my ring perfect and beautiful. I had a marques, with 2 trillions on the sides, the marques was way to small for the size of the marques. He found me a beautiful bigger marques diamond, a new setting and used my trillions. I was hesitate in the beginning, look on the internet with him for a setting, they looked huge. I wanted something that stood out, but not big and bulky. With my few words of what I would like, he showed me one, I couldn't tell, I just trusted him. I then hesitated again, why didn't I go in and see the setting, again I just had to trust. When I came to look at it, it was so more than I expected, my mouth dropped open, it is the most beautiful ring that I have ever had. I know why he loves his job, he has a great eye and please his customers. Not only that, believe it or not, he gave me such a good price. The next thing I'm work on with him is diamond earrings. This is the second time I’ve gone to Jack’s. It’s the second time my FAVORITE necklace broke (in a different spot). This time I brought my daughter’s necklace and bracelet, that was my grandmothers. I didn’t post pics because you can see where anything was fixed, everything is seamless and cleaned like they’re brand new again. Also, the jewelry store my necklace was purchased at was more expensive to repair than Jacks… eww!! Everyone at Jacks was extremely friendly and professional, everything was perfect (the price, timing and outcome) and they’re 5 minutes from my house so for me the location was super convenient. I’ll never have to look for another jewelry repair store again. Next time I’ll post before...

After going to another jeweler in Melbourne ….I was just shopping they offered to clean my rings. Afterwards they told me the prongs on my main diamond was loose. I took it to another jeweler to make sure and they said it would be over $5k to fix it. So I put my rings in our safe until I could deal with it. I had used Jack’s Jeweler before for an appraisal (when I first got my rings). So I decided to ask them how much to fix my rings. $160 …..and there wasn’t anything wrong with the prongs….just the shape of the bands. They had it looked at by a professional. Nice people, informative….and caring. They never said a bad thing about the other jewelers after I told them my story. They are truly...
