Horrible place to buy any equipment from!!! AWFUL!! DO NOT WASTE your money...The cleats they have are $20-$30 more expensive then DICKS Sporting Goods..and at least DICKS honors their return policy. I bought a pair of cleats for my daughter, who is a pitcher, on 4/8/2019, she wore them on 4/9/2019 to practice for 2 hours, there is a little dirt, not much on them, and her feet were sliding all over the place because she wears a 9 and they only had a 9.5. So we said lets try them out. Also...the Manager did not tell us that on 4/9/2019 they were getting a brand new shipment of cleats with a size 9 in the pair we were buying!--So I return to the store on 4/10/2019 to return the cleats and they said NO absolutely not, they have been worn, we will not accept these. Excuse me.1st of all we live in Arizona and it is extremely windy right now, 2nd of all she is a pitcher and there is dirt on the pitching mound, but MOST IMPORTANTLY ---PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT it states 60 day return policy with receipt. That's it...no small print, nothing on the back of the receipt. These cleats totaled $108.05, these were not a $30 pair of clearance cleats. So the owner is backing up that he will not take them back, then he tells me about the new shipment and he will see if he has a size 9. Awesome! He has a size 9! Even exchange right.....NOPE...he expected me to purchase the size 9 pair of cleats, but of course for a discounted rate.....HECK NO! WHO DO YOU PEOPLE THINK YOU ARE??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I mean I have NEVER EVER been treated like this while being a customer, why would you just not exchange the item? I honestly don't understand how you can stand by a policy you do not have in place to TRICK your customers. I do not feel as though I am overreacting at all! There was a busted seam in the cleats we bought from DICKS sporting goods that we returned on 4/8/2019 that we bought the beginning of MARCH and they returned our money in full because it was covered under their 60 day return policy...
Read moreThe place only has 2 batting cages for baseball. That's it. And 2 for softball. 4 lanes total. So any kind of volume, you will have to do a lot of waiting in rotation. Also, machines were sooo inconsistent. Always freezing up and not getting enough balls. Shouldn't happen with only 2 cages. Will try a tunnel next time if I end up coming back, I guess.
2nd impression: tunnel was fun, but you need a friend. Still not a fan of the cages portion.
3rd impression: the tunnel can be by yourself, it's good fun. Staff is leniant on tunnel time which is very...
Read moreThis is the worst hitting place I have ever been to. The coach told me to back up three small steps and I did. They taught kid terribly so, he stepped out in his swing. When he swung he hit me in the head. I was rushed to the hospital that they told us to go to and that hospital only did night visits. So we went to another one then a plastic surgeon. I got 3 layers of 22 stitches. Later, they never checked on me once.Never called, emailed, or anything. I do not want anyone to go through what I did. I have never...
