Not happy with experience here. I came in and there was one person available for help and she was helping another person. He had a lot of cards to go through that he was selling so I waited patiently. Was asked if I needed anything, I let them know I’m looking to sell some cards too but don’t mind waiting until they were done with the gentleman before me. Instead of getting this guy taken care of and moving to their next customer, the girl say there wanting to show every person that walked the cards they were looking at. This took about 30 minutes before they finally finished the sale. As soon as they were done, he left and instead of asking to now work with me, the girl behind the counter than decided to talk to another person that came in for another 10-15 minutes in front of me to show the cards they bought from the guy. I didn’t say anything, just sat there and waited until she finally said, is there anything we can help you with. When I finally was helped, she took 2 minutes, ran through my cards, offered 40% of comp as cash or 60% of comp as store credit. I didn’t want to be there another second, so I decided negotiating was gonna be too draining and left. Will not be coming back to this store again. Will also say, went to convention for Pokemon cards in phoenix a few months ago and tried striking up a conversation as a friendly hello, I’ve been to your store and the guy at the booth for this store was so rude and basically said “okay, do you want to buy anything”. I should have taken that as a sign not to go back...

Great 1st experience going to this shop. I live on far west valley and took a long little drive to go play some one piece tournaments. Went to a shop in Gilbert 1st and they didn't even know they had One Piece 2 vs. 2 tourney set on APP. I planned for that and North Valley Games was 2nd option. They came through with very good customer service. They had TONS OF MAGIC TCG. they had a decent amount of one piece sealed and a decent amount of singles. I will definitely be back. This is 100% my favorite TCG store in the valley. After recently getting into Magic The Gathering I decided to spend a few days checking out various stores in the East Valley and this was the only one where I immediately felt at home from the moment I entered. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and also purely enjoy gaming with a passion and can discuss it from the most casual levels all the way up to near professional level technicalities.
