Starbucks — Restaurant in Mesa

Terrible last couple visits! Asked for a Soy Green Tea Latte with 5 extra scoops of Matcha powder. I pay extra for Soy specifically. I asked the girl taking the order to have them add a little bit of hot water to the bottom of the cup so the powder would dissolve completely. She said no problem. I was the ONLY car in the drive-thru. I got to the window and was given a gross drink with a huge pile of undissolved powder sitting on the bottom of my cup. I asked the girl who gave me the drink to please stir it up as it was completely obvious it wasn't stirred properly nor was the hot water added to the bottom. After several minutes waiting the girl who actually took my order refused to make eye contact with me and made the lady who was handing me the drink take responsibility for whole situation. As I drove away..I took a sip and tasted regular milk!!!! Not the soy milk I asked and paid extra for! I was too disgusted to go back! I pay $6 for a drink at Starbucks! I don't think it is too much to expect EXACTLY what I order! I will not be returning to...

I want to edit my review to say I've been a long time customer here and used to be my favorite store until a shift supervisor with really long hair i think her name might be Anaheim started there. I'm not even sure how she's a shift supervisor she's very rude to the point i don't even want to go there. I said something about my drink and her response was "didn't you just complain 2 weeks ago" now mind you i had the drink with me not drank its not like i just brought in a sticker.. sometimes i go there 3 times a day and the the drink i get is almost 9 bucks so if i don't like it yes i want it remade.. she's just very mean for no reason at all..All the other employees are so sweet and the manager Alexis has always been really nice.. store always clean and all smiles even if they are having a bad day themselves. LOVE that they open at 3:30am now for us early risers! ...

They kicked a teenager out for him falling asleep. They don't know that kid's situation at home why he is so tired to fall asleep in broad daylight. By the looks of the kid he doesn't have it easy at home. He felt safe enough to sit in here to the point he dozed off. The male came over and was nice to the kid then the obese female comes over and tells the kid to leave because he can't sleep in here. He was not bothering or disturbing anyone. He was sitting in a corner alone not even snoring. I was sitting next to him. She threated to call 911 if he didn't wake up and leave. I am disgusted.
