Some Little Caesars have what it takes to live up to their glorious legacy. $5 delicious pizza, despite inflation, for as long as I’ve been alive is an accomplishment few can truly grasp and appreciate. It’s hot pizza and it’s ready pizza. Lately, however, I have been encountering more and more Little Caesars that don’t seem to understand who they are. Employees that don’t grasp and accept their holy calling. Little Caesars is not just a pizza store, it is the Harvard of the pizza community. There can be no corners cut, no loose ends, no weak links. Despite a friendly staff, I did not sense that they understood who they were and the enormous responsibility they accepted when they put on the Orange and Black. It breaks my heart to see such a glorious legacy resting on the backs of people, young or old, rich or poor, who don’t have what it takes to climb the distance, and stand on the shoulders of their giant predecessors who for years have dazzled the modern world with some of the finest Pizza there ever was. To the staff, do you have what it takes to start a deep dish order 2 minutes before closing? Or will you shirk? Can you give an army of doordashers their orders as Hot and as Ready as their beloved taskmasters expect? If you cannot, then you belong elsewhere, working at a pizza store who does not bare the emblems of that Great Caesar. Rise up, and become the store we all believe you can be. You have all you need, God bless you as you strive every day to be worthy of the name you wear on...
Read moreThe other day my cashier Tyler had charged me for the #1 meal and an extra most. I paid with my debit card and after i placed my card into the chip reader, he turned to get my food. When he sold it to me, there was about 4 other people waiting behind me and somehow he didnt think to check for more bread. I understood it was a mistake but asked for cheese bread instead since I was always given that previously if they made a mistake. I have never had someone tell me that i had to wait on account of their mistake.. so he then tells me i can pay the difference and i said ok.. he asks me to pay $2 but says he cant take my card.. the card i just paid with and my only form of money. So i said I guess ill wait for my breadsticks and went to my car with a given time of 10 minutes. 8:20 i get in my car, 8:30 i go back in because its time and ive seen him hand a handful of customers some breadsticks and My 3 kids were ready to go home because we had stopped to just get what was ''hot n ready'' I go in and he says he still has none and shouts to a man in the back asking if he has any bread in the oven ready to come out. the other employee yells no but he can have some ready. So he asks me to wait.. again.. Another 10 minutes go by and i stayed in side this time all while watching ''online'' orders, leave with breadsticks as i was still waiting. Im not sure if ill ever be returning here... and we have been weekly customers for...
Read moreLittle Cesars most bestest pepperoni pizza is my favorite pizza hands down. However, this location made and sold the worstest bestest ever. The entire experience was at best mediocre. The restaurant had dirty aprons hanging at both entries to the kitchen, the cashier had no sense of humor and came off a bit annoyed. I asked for a pack of Little Caesars cookies while complimenting how great they are and how much I enjoy them. He literally down played the product and only gave me one pack when EVERY other location gives me at least 3. After all they are free!! And most people have no clue they even make cookies!! Visually the pizza looked as delicious as always but upon getting it home and into my mouth I was disappointed about the lack of sauce on it. I'm not a sauce person and often end up squeezing sauce off of my pizza. That was definitely not the case with this bestest pepperoni! There was so little sauce on it had I not seen a remnience of sauce I would have believed it was left off in error. This was not my first unsatisfactory visit to this location therefore I won't be returning for a 3rd "ok" experience BUT I refuse to give up on Little Cesars as a business! I just have to find a location with a little more integrity and the drive to be the bestest...
