This location I don’t ever stop in and stop at, and when I do I get the most disrespected customer service . It’s honestly so sad to me to know how comfortable enough theses workers are at this location are to treat their customers. Every other burligton I’ve stopped in at have always greeted you walking in , I’ve called corporate and haven’t heard anything back. The workers had processed purses in the back room when I went to ask a worker with glasses red ish brown hair if they were gonna put out purses they responded to me with a “No!” And when I went to ask how come if they had a rack pushed out but the one rack with all the good purses they didn’t wanna bring out so I simply assumed it was for them , when I asked for the manger the employee told me she’s busy, but when I asked for the purses at first and why she was unable to bring out an item that processed she laughs at me and tells me no, I simply walked away and was walking around the store patiently waiting for the rack to be brought out since they were stocking , stocking everything but that one rack . When the manager Ana approaches me she states how busy she is with interviews and can’t bring it out to me , mind you her boyfriend came in and she was running around the store with her boyfriend . Who seems to work there but wasn’t scheduled on shift . She gave me attitude and couldn’t apologize at all and say it in a nice way. As I was in the other section I heard the manger Ana black hair bangs Lady, tell another worker who was standing talking to a customer for an hour say I’m gonna text the manger group chat the complaints we’re getting is crazy so that way it can “save our ass “ when she mentioned that I knew that rack they had was for them or family members they gave to . And as soon I walked in there again around 10 the girls were gone and almost all purses from the rack were no longer there . I truly hope you guys look into this and the way they treat their customers . Not just that but the fact they laughed in my face and told me no. Very unprofessional of them. Every time I call this location as well previously before this I always get “come in your self and look “ just rude . Very rude . I hope you guys switch the policy you guys have workers following and have customer service as...
Read moreI will not be going to this one on Stapley EVER again after this experience.
My mom and I have had tickets for Cirque du Soleil for months now, and have been shopping for the perfect jewelry, purse, outfits, etc. We had just a few accessories to find, so we went to this Burlington as it was closest to where we were. We had never been to this location, we usually go to the one in Tempe Marketplace. We got there about 45 mins before closing, and we didn’t need much. We found everything we needed, but confusedly AT BEST. We also found a few other things that we’d been searching for for MONTHS, so you can imagine how excited we were. They announced that they were closing in 10 mins so we head to the front to check out. We stood there for 20 mins because there was only one cashier (no issues there, i don’t mind waiting). The issue was that we finally got to the front of the line and they said “I’m not checking out anymore people after this customer (the person right in front of us)”. And when I asked why, she said “Well if you had been up here when we were announcing that we were closing it wouldn’t be a problem”. AFTER WE WERE IN LINE FOR 20 MINUTES. I said “We we’re here like 30 seconds after the announcement, we’ve BEEN in line.” She said, with such sass and disrespect: “Okay? This is still the last customer”. When I tell you my mom and I were LIVIDDDDDDD. It would have been totally different if they’d said “It’s company policy, it’s 10 mins after closing”. COMPLETELY. The audacity man. So we put our stuff on an empty cashier counter and walked out. Even two other customers came out and agreed that the cashiers were rude AF. I am mostly upset because the things we found were beautiful, and things we’d been looking for (and it wasn’t very many, it was maybe 5 things). I wish there had been better communication, and that we’d been treated with at least a shred of dignity...
Read moreI would like to begin by saying how much I appreciate the store hours. Being open till midnight on the weekends is just phenomenal and doing returns up until you close, another great great thing!! However, I purchased two dresses and while I was paying for them, I told the cashier that I was not able to try them on because the store is closing. IF one of these dresses does not fit, will I have an issue returning this tomorrow?? The cashier said absolutely not, just leave the tags on and save the receipt, which I did. We'll, the next day when I went in to return, the cashier told me NO!! She said that the dress had a white deodorant mark. If she had looked at the date and time I purchased this dress, there wasn't even enough time for n it to be worn. AND, since your store allows people to try things on, it's not so far fetched. Either way, I didn't AND don't appreciate being called a liar. AND I got stuck with a dress that does NOT fit me!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! How do I fix this??? There are a lot of things I could do with...
