I called in wanting to see if anyone want to to reciprocate. I own an insurance agency and said I would be happy to get my haircut here if they're happy to look at their insurance with me. Kamila said she would take that deal. After 3 weeks of her no showing and rescheduling at the last second with me I'm finally resorting to leaving a bad review. I like helping people grow their business and there's sphere of influence.
I figured I could deal with the small blocks of hair that was not cut correctly. My wife was a hair stylist 20 years ago but she's not in front of as many people as a hairstylist today. A hair stylist is someone that can connect a lot of referrals so I want someone local that is good.

This review is based just of my experience in scheduling an appointment and waiting. I was very excited to try Studio 3 26 based off their great reviews and scheduled an appointment with Peter. My appointment was at 4:45pm so I took off of work early and I got there 5 minutes prior to the appointment. He was working with a client already and showed me to a bench in the hallway to wait. At 5:25 I was still waiting with no updates or any indication that I would be seen shortly. I couldn’t wait longer so left. When I told them I was leaving, he was still with the previous client so I don’t know how much longer it would have been. I understand running behind and could have understood waiting 15-20 mins. Read moreLast night I fried my hair. I mean spongy weak ends it was terrible. I showed up at Studio 3-27 with tears in my eyes and no appointment. I went because they were recommended to me by a family member and I have never been a client. They worked me in and for the next 6 hours worked their magic on my hair.
The staff was extremely nice. I did not get the "you shouldn't be dying your own hair" speech, they just assured me that it would be alright. Multiple hairdressers assisted the hairdresser assigned to me. When she was busy someone would rinse my hair or put in a conditioning treatment between their appointments. They even asked if they could go grab me lunch next door. I could tell that they ALL care very much about salon clientele not just their own clients.
At the end of my experience I again had tears in my eyes. They had preformed close to a miracle on my hair. I love my new blonde hair with its long layers and my hair feels really healthy.
