I’ve been to several hair salons before, but none were able to deliver what I truly wanted, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. That was until I found Cassie . She really took the time to understand my vision and explained the entire process to me. Having very dark hair, I knew going blonde wasn’t going to happen overnight, but she helped me navigate the journey with such care and patience.

What stood out most was her genuine approach—she didn’t just rush through the appointment, but instead walked me through every step, making sure I understood why certain processes were necessary for the best results. My hair had a very harsh orange tone that I’d been struggling with, and the transformation after just one session was already so noticeable!

Cassi has been doing my hair for years and always does an amazing job!
