Citrus Grove RV Park and Apartments — Local services in Mesa

I moved in June which i was approved quick but landloed Donna said she can waive some of the rent for me and my husband if we do the repairs ourselves so we did and the rent wasnt deducted like she said then when it was brought up she raised the rent we contacted the owner he had no clue she made that agreement with her .. Then everymonth she kept bringing new leases to sign when the one before that was for a year. Also every other night the helicopter is out looking for someone. 2 it was at the trailer park right the the first time the cops knocked on door asking my husband if he was under the trailer and then asked the neighbor if he saw anyone under the trailers. second time it was out side my bedroom window i can hear the k9 and the cop yelling for suspect. As far as the neighbors here they are ok they dont cause problems but there is alot of homeless people walking around and at the circle k on the corner which is walking distance we have had people approach us asking us if we want to by any drugs or if we know where to get some .. Theres alway police at light rail which is also walking distance.. I have lived here since November and I am very happy. The area meaning Alma School and Main isn't great but you wouldn't even know your in that area because it's quite here in the park. All the neighbors look out for each other and are always willing to help me if i have a question since its my first time living in a trailer. Donna is nice and is always willing to work with me which i appriciate so much. She works round the clock 7 days a week. She really deserves a raise she is very dedicated and i can tell she loves this park. It's a home here and i would definitely recommend if your looking for a place. It's walking distance to the light rail, circle k, Fry's, McDonald's, and burger king. You cant beat that. Plus it's affordable and clean. Made an offer on a trailer in August 2022 and received a phone call from them that it had been accepted. They then proceeded to have me put in an application with the park. I went to the bank provided proof of funds and gathered various documents they required and submitted the application fee via money order. I received no reply after paying the money. They ignored my calls, voice messages, and emails. I now see the same trailer listed for more than double what they initially offered it to me for. It's their property they can do what they want that's not the issue; their business practices are! They took money for a decision on an application not the silent treatment. At the least they owe me the dignity of a reply. It would have been simple enough to have the decency to provide adverse information or say, "hey we're going another route." Shady business...
