I am so dissatisfied with my order i ordered it online i ordered like one specialty pizza one regular peperoni pizza and a side of garlic knots .. What makes me upset is i payed for priority delivery for my 4 yr old twins cause i wanted order to come faster! Which was exrra $3 dollars my order was like $45 worth the stuff plus threw in a tip .. Anyways guy shows up.. And hands me one pizza and i kinly asked him where the rest of my order was he looked at the recipe and said.. Im sorry. I grabbed wrong order.. He was very sorry and i told him. Not a problem cause i disnt ..know if he was new delivery guy or something understand things happen .. Well he tells me he will be right back with my order well 30 min go by no pizza so i called and a nice ..guy named josh answers the phone i explained my situation and told him i wanted to be credited.. Or somethi g on my order for them not getting my order right he said hold on let me get supervisor.. I said ok.. Well the manager justin gets on the phone and i explain to him what had happened and that i still hadnt recieved my order.. He says im sorry about that the delivery guy didnt tell me what happened he says ..do you still want the order do you want us to remake it.. And i told him.. Well if you ccan give me a credit on my account or just ..not charge me for half order or .Take prority off if it.. I am not one to make a huge fuss about things im understanding.. Anyways the manager justin says im sorry we can not do that .To your order i cant give you a credit.. I can give you a credit on you next order.. Then he asks mwe do you still want the order and. I was like well i guess i go ahead and wait ! Then i kindly asked him if it was on its way here.. JUSTIN THE MANAGER SAYS NO WE HAVENT EVEN BAKED IT YET??? Read moreDON'T EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION - RUDE AND ROBBERY. Wish 0 Stars was an option. I went to this Papa Johns last Friday and let me tell you, I have NEVER had a worst experience in my life. I always use this location, even if its further away then other locations, because this location, the pizza is great. But the workers on the phone are always rude, so I order online. I placed an order for 2 pizzas and wings ($46.00 value). Online it said 15-25 minutes. I arrived about 20 minutes later and then waited another 20 minutes in the lobby. I asked one of the workers, how much longer for my order. He looked and the pizzas and said, "Oh this whole time, all we have been waiting for is your wings". The wings that were in the oven, were not for me, and they wanted me to wait another 10 minutes or so for more. I then explained I had already been waiting and just wanted my money back. The manager came over and said, " We don't do cash out's anymore". I said well I just paid with cash (Again this was $46.00 not a few dollars). He said we issue checks now. I said well however I need to get my money back, but I'm not leaving without something. He never once asked me for my address or offered an apology. I then asked for HIS managers name and phone number and when she would be there, and his reply was, "She is here when she's here". My husband ended up coming back to try and get my money back and they ended up calling the police for a disgruntle customer. After the police arrived, they had made more wings and even saved my OLD pizzas for me and tried to give me that. After about 20 minutes with the police, finally got my money back. Read moreI ordered my pizzas through the call center. The agent repeated my order several times before getting it right. He verified that the Carry out special was $9 for a large pizza. I ordered 2 large at that price plus added 8 piece extra crispy wings for $11 and change, for a total of $31. My boyfriend picked up the order but was charged $31 for 1 large pizza and 8 wings. The manager was really rude when he went in to pick up. He didn't know that his card declined on the phone because I gave the wrong zip code to the agent told me we could pay when we picked up our order. She acted as if he was going to steal the pizza and wings and put them behind the counter. My boyfriend then called me to see if the card really declined, I told him it did that he could pay there. He then asked me how many pizzas I had ordered. I told him 2 and 8 wings. I called the store and talked to the manager and let her know I had ordered from the call center 2 pizzas and 8 wings for $31,and what I was told about the total price. The manager rudely said they weren't responsible for what the call center says. The special was for carryout and that's what we did. She would not try to accommodate in any way for their mistake. But this time my boyfriend was tired I just wanted to go home. He then asked the manager if he could pay with a 50 dollar bill. She said No. Even though the total was $31.
