Mesa Gardens RV Park — Local services in Mesa

So far so good.. we're here for a month and I have nothing negative to say for our first week. I feel safe it being a gated community, nice and clean showers and bathrooms in with the office. Also you'll find a nice sitting here to work or just relax while you're laundry is being done in the next room. Which leads to my favorite part... the laundry machines accepts coins or it you want to pay my card, simply download the CSC GO app. The app is super handy to have either way as it shows which machines are open and the ones in use, and how much time left. I love the app! Make sure to pick your settings before you pay!

At first when I arrived, I was definitely not wowed and a little unsure of the area. Everyone seems to keep to themselves for the most part. However, after a week or two, especially nearing the end of my month stay, I really like it here. Kind of bummed to leave actually. Now there were some rows that had issues with electrical and water but that wasn’t my personal experience. For my experience, everyone warms up and speaks to one another and it’s family friendly. Tina in the office is the BEST. Seriously, she’s so nice and helpful each and every day. I would definitely come back here based on how nice and welcoming she is. It’s also pretty secure but laid back here. They do what they can to make this a good place to stay. Clubhouse is nice and clean also along with laundry and bathrooms. Nice to be in the city without staying at...

The park overall wasn't too bad. Unfortunately maintenence was neglected over the years for the electric, water and sewer. I arrived on Saturday and was unable to hook up to the sewer line for 3 days until maintenence came back Monday which had to buy a part and fix it that Tuesday. Then the water went out because of a broken line for a day. Then the electricity went out the last week and half of my stay. The neighbor allowed me to plug into his generator but I finally got sick of smelling the fumes from that and had to move to another spot in the park. There has been 3 managers there during my short stay. However the new managers and maintenence that was recently hired are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they are working at a run down park and hopefully are being paid well enough from the owners so they...
