Great smoothies, Great Boba and really good Diamond[Shaved] Ice bowl. Drinks as low as $4 Tea to $6 Smoothies
The smoothies are made with real fruit and real fruit juice and as a result, they taste super strongly. The peach smoothie was just shy of intense and was peachier than a peach by itself. It was very delicious.
I was really happy with the Diamond Ice bowl. $6 It is finely shaved ice with ripe fruit chunks[ripe pineapple and strawberry], and soft, sticky mochi bits, and real good red bean with a little condensed milk like a syrup on top.
I was so excited that the red[adzuki] bean was good. Red bean isn't a very popular flavor here in the US and so, most red bean flavored items don't taste like red bean. Even things with real red bean are often mixed with something or watered down, so they don't taste like it.
The staff were ready to explain the ingredients of all of the food and describe the dessert/snack dishes. The staff member asked if I wanted everything on my bowl.
The prices are really reasonable.

Read moreI didn't have the food but we did have the boba tea. The tea was bitter. Very bitter in everyone's drinks. The boba was fine. The atmosphere and the decor and staff was great. But again the tea was undrinkable. We just got regular tea with some sweetener/flavor and boba. I've never had such bitter tea.
They said adding milk makes it less strong. It's not strong. It's bitter. So we got new drinks. We had to pay for them (2 of 3) which I always offer.
We got a fruit smoothie and chai tea with milk. That changed it all. Honestly this is why I don't go to Starbucks. Because all of their coffee tasted burned. We have to add milk and sugar to cover it up.
Then chai tea remake was good. And the smoothie was good too.
Cool place. Great idea. But not sure if we will be back. Unless maybe to try the ramen with the kids?
Nothing against the workers. They were fabulous. As was the interior. Funky and fun...
Read moreThis is one of really only 2 places in the valley that I've been to that actually uses real matcha and actually puts the amount you pay for. Matcha is expensive and too many of the newer boba places, especially the newer hong Kong style shops (except one called MD), barely put any matcha into your drink... They'll put just enough to turn your beverage a pale green...yet charge more than this place does. The value and consistency at this shop have been exceptional and we've been visiting this place numerous times over the past several years. I visited tonight only to get ice cream and saved buying boba from here as we went to try a newer nearby place instead and that turned out to be a mistake. This is one of the only 2 places that sells a...
