This business would not let me return a pair of jeans I bought 10 days ago for a full refund. I was in town for a funeral, no plans of returning. The owner stated they don’t allow anything but store credit. I have never in my life not been able to return something that I had bought with a credit card!!! This place deals with clients from all over the place and only offers store credit??? Her excuse? “I have been in business for 40 years” and only do store credit. Wow. Get with it lady. I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased 2 pairs of boots on 12/04/2020. One pair was ordered to be shipped to me. Today is 11/12/2021 and I have yet to receive the boots.
