I have tried a lot of ice cream, it is impressively bad. It is a basic no churn recipe that is extremely high fat and sugar. This leads to a very fatty mouthfeel, and causes it to feel warm and lacks a sense of refreshment most like to see from their ice creams. The condensed milk and large quantities of sugar make it hard on the stomach, and easy to get a tummy ache. The server is not exactly rude, but lacks any sense of emotion. Overall it’s not amazing, but I cant actually say it was rude, she was completely neutral in every sense, like she didn’t care that we were there, but wasn’t bothered by it either. I'm giving a 4 for the quality and deliciousness of the chocolate. If I could give a separate rating for service it would be a 1 or 2. Unfortunately, the customer service is always terrible (this is based off 6+ visits with different people ringing us up). It seems like the folks ringing us up are always super irritated we're getting things or inconvenienced by our orders. It's always super busy to be fair so, I understand feeling overwhelmed and busy. Awful ice cream. It's overpriced , and tastes like it's made out of shaving cream, and has been thawed and re-frozen a dozen times. Disgusting. I'd rather eat a cup of Kraft mayonnaise than that revolting excuse of ice cream. It's tempting to purchase another cup to send it to Guinness world records so it can be idolized as the most sickening ice cream in existence.
