From the moment my friend and I stepped into Cafe de Mesilla, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for a delightful experience. The cafe’s charming decor, paired with the friendly staff, made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the extensive menu options, offering something for every taste.

The food itself was a highlight, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors that spoke of quality ingredients and skilled preparation. Whether it was the savory brunch items or the sweet treats alongside our perfectly brewed coffee, every bite was a delight.

What truly set Cafe de Mesilla apart was the sense of community and comfort it provided, making our time there not just a meal, but a memorable gathering. It’s a gem in Las Cruces, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a peaceful moment alone. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy spot with exceptional food and a...

Another winner 🏆 🥇 🏅 away from the traffic and busy roads you will find it on a lovely road in a small town side road setting. Park by the wagon wheels and walk around to the front patio entrance. It's quaint. Walk in and wait to be seated.

Be greeted by a friendly welcome. Folk are chatting and eating to your left. The gift shop area has an assortment of jewelry and South West items. It's easy to wait in this area. There are little rooms, all colorful and filled with hand painted, very affordable artwork. It's soul nurturing. Everywhere i looked was artful.

I ordered the vegan rancheros which subbed avocado sliced for eggs and omitted dairy. It was delicious, hot, tasty and filling. I was ready to hike White Sands National Park. I liked the home made corn tortillas, beans, fresh salad, everything.

Folk are all friendly here. Ambiance, food, and service, this place checks all the boxes and more. A nice, intimate...

If you want to be part of the Mesilla family you have to go to Cafe de Mesilla. The food is great, the coffee is delicious and the ambience is perfect for locals and visitors alike. The owner will always take a minute to chat and introduce you to a new treat or a new friend. The menu is fresh and varied; sandwiches, soups, salads or New Mexico specialties round out a great breakfast selection that is served all day. There are always vegetarian and vegan options and they are tasty. This is not fast food and there can be a crowd--scan the parking lot first if you are in a huge hurry. We always wait, because the art work, crafts. Polish pottery, and Joyce's friendly conversation is more than worth a couple of extra minutes. This is the kind of cafe where you end up chatting with folks at the next table and leave with...

I cant believe I’ve waited so long to try this delightful spot out! As a local, I’ll admit to being a bit snobbish over my New Mexican food & where I eat- I typically don’t stray from my tried & true favorites but I’ve always been curious about cafe de mesilla and I’m so happy I gave it a chance. I got huevos rancheros rojo, the red chile was flavorful with a good amount of spice- and if your local you know how challenging finding superb red chile is! I also decided to have a pancake on the side; the pancake was light, fluffy & served with some great berry compote. Besides the great grub the atmosphere is also wonderful, the owner was kind & attentive, & they definitely scored points having local art as well. Safe to say I’ll be returning
