Disappointing that someone in the store wouldn't let me speak to the owner or store manager. The next time I called, the phone made strange noises and then when I called for the 3rd time, no one answered. Definitely seems like they don't want to talk with any customers. I wanted to let them know that I bought a salt and pepper set along with a napkin holder Mexico. Felt safe to by it because on the bottom was the artist name and also stated that the products were "lead free". Turns out this is not true! Had a big assessment on my home and it was lead free except for these items which were VERY HIGH IN LEAD! I was told to throw them out! I really wish the lady that hung up on me would have allowed me to speak with her!!...

Thunderbird De La Mesilla is a gift shop and jewelry store. They have very nice turquoise jewelry, and very interesting gifts and knick knacks. I have purchased jewelry over the years here, and on this visit, I fell in love with a turquoise cuff bracelet and purchased it, however what I didn’t care for is the credit card convenience charge of 4%. They do not accept checks, and who is going to carry that amount of cash with them? This was a first here! Since when did the merchant transfer that charge to the customer? Not happy with...
