I happened to drive by with a young lady with a Zurchers sign it was on Town East I was worried because I had heard that party city no longer existed! 😩 I wasn’t sure where to purchase the items I needed for a bday party I was having when I approached her I rolled my window down and she told me that they were located around the corner I headed to the store and as I walked in I was greeted by Charlie he helped me find everything I was looking for he bent backwards to assist me when I was finished shopping the cashier Angela was so pleasant I noticed that all the employees at the store were helpful the pricing was better than party city they were reasonable but I was so impressed by the customer service that Charlie and Angela had given me. I had a specific vision for my birthday party. She listened carefully, made fantastic suggestions, and helped me put together a fantastic party! She went above and beyond my expectations! The employees here are terrible. I went in to pick up some balloon arrangements I ordered weeks before. I had 3 arrangements and 1 of the balloon sets were very deflated. I told them and they said they were going to remake it. I went out to my car to put up the rest and when I got back the lady handed me a big bag with the arrangement, she also had the audacity to say have a good day. I got home and took every thing out and noticed she gave me the exact same deflated balloons. They are dishonest people that lack integrity.
