And so I would just like to say that I'm not posting because they didn't buy anything I could care less I bought a storage unit and I've already made back what I paid for it so it's not about the money it's about the customer service that being said I'm not too sure who the gentleman was that greeted me whenever I came in the door but he was very rude when I was trying to explain that I had bought a storage unit and I kind of figured none of it would have value but I wanted to see he cut me off and he wouldn't even let me finish numerous different times all I was trying to explain was that I wanted them to see if they had any value but I never even got that chance to get it out he asked me to stop talking and let him explain what I did and I stopped talking all the way until he made it out to my car to come look and explain to me that none of them had value which I kind of figured but again it's the manor and your customer service skills and I'm posting this because a lot of people look at my reviews and I want it to be known that the customer service today was absolutely horrid I had my son with me and he said the same thing
Also not to mention I was referred to you guys by someone who spoke highly of y'all that was terrible
UPDATE: I'm being threatened for making this post because it's an attack on someone's integrity and they will be reporting me for selling to competitors yada yada yada I never sold to your competitors I still have the pieces🤣🤣🤣 threaten a woman because you think it scares me it doesn't and I have taken screen shots of this review and the response to submit to the BBB NO BUSINESS WAS DONE BECAUSE OF THE HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED I CAN SUBMIT RECEIPT FOR A RING THAT I NEVER INQUIRED ABOUT THAT I HAD EVERY INTENTION OF SELLING THERE BUT I DIDNT BECAUSE OF THIS MAN.

Within 4 months, 2 of the diamonds had fallen out and the gold had become very tarnished. We took it back to them and the son of the owner was not very helpful, telling us that the gold will tarnish and we need to bring it in very 4-6 months to get it re dipped and it probably happened because my wife's work. My wife is a stay at home mom and does not need to work. He said that we would have to pay for replacement diamonds, that is when I started getting a little bit annoyed saying that if I purchase a ring for $1400 i don't expect diamonds to just fall out, then the owner Dallas came over, he was polite and did offer to replace the diamonds, have the ring dipped and solder together at no charge, so we left it and came back later that day and collected it. We get home and notice that the diamonds he replaced it with were of a difference size which was very noticeable, but my wife was so done with dealing with it we left it as it was.
Then we in February 2018 ANOTHER diamond falls out, I go in there and the lady tells me that we will have to pay $30 now to have it replaced and told us to come back on Monday.
Well, we will NEVER step foot in that place again, we took the ring to a large retailer and had them look at it, they said that the quality of work was far from what you would expect from a professional. Read moreI would definitely not recommend this shady business! I came in here to sell a gold ring not for much but for a little bit higher than what I was offered from the pawnshop down the way. The guy (son of owner) asked me how much I want for it and I told him 300 because the pawn shop down the way offered me 200. He examined my ring and made it seem as if he was going to give me the 300 then turns around and say well you may wanna go back to them and get that 200 rudely while laughing! I didn’t see anything funny about that if you knew you weren’t able to provide a Customer On what they ask you for then you should have been straightforward to say I can’t or won’t be able to give you the 300. Instead of dragging the conversation and making jokes. I pray for small businesses like this one to continue to service our community but our community does not deserve anything mean individuals. This business needs to be more professional and well kept up. I can see a person in their 60s going there to buy jewelry but definitely not a young crowd. Glad I was able to take my ring to another business and actually came into $400 when one door closes another one opens.
