What a wonderful selection of ink first off! Mark was very knowledgeable and straight forward about all of the products. He helped me narrow down my choices with some simple questions about what I wanted to get out of each product. We need more people, giving honest answers and not just trying to sell product. Mark is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I’ve come across in the tattoo supply world! He took the time to answer all my questions, gave great recommendations, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about the artists he’s helping. The customer service was top-notch, and the store had a great selection of quality products. Guy with glasses and tattoos. I think he was mad he had to work today. Asked him if the ink they sold were any good ( I have zero knowledge) on Inks brads or anything related to tattoos. He snapped and mentioned he doesn’t sell trash and didn’t know where I was getting to with the convo.
