Today we decided to come and try the new restaurant across the street from where I work at which is Metro Mazda of Mesquite. I had told my wife that I wanted to try it out. I had came to the restaurant be for this one and the food was not good and the interior was not even a welcoming one and it was more like ehhh…. So we came to try Mariscos Sinaloa and I can honestly say it was not let down . The food was awesome my wife had the combo fajitas which from her first bite she said babe this has good flavor and is delicious. I had the cóctel de camarones which I am very picky and it was delicious. Not to mention that we opted to try the micheladas caseras . My wife and I enjoyed every single sip. I love the ambient the look inside is coming along very well.. the service does need a little work but I do get that I came in when it was not busy. Fajita was tender and flavorful but the red rice that came with it was disgusting, dry and hard, tasted old. The caldo mixto was also good but the white rice that came with it was dry and hard, it tasted as if it was from last week and they reheated it in the microwave. When we sat down, we noticed the table was dirty, we had to wipe it down and it was sticky while the waitresses were standing talking to each other the whole time we were there, they need to train them more.
