Okay, so check this. I got the wrong order, and when I get it “fixed” they give me the wrong order again.
How you ask? Here’s how.
I go to the drive thru. I order a Bacon Swiss Sourdough King, and 2 orders of chicken fries.
I get home and they gave me a double quarter pounder king.
Okay, so how do you confuse me saying “Bacon Swiss Sourdough King” with “double quarter pounder king”???? They don’t sound the same Bacon Swiss Sourdough King doesn’t even have a Q or a P in the name!!
In addition I was also missing an order of chicken fries.
To their credit they charged me for what they gave me. But still y’all placed the order for food I didn’t even order.
So I drive back to the Burger King to get a refund on the burger.
I go up, and I’m told I can’t have a refund for whatever reason they couldn’t and I’d have to go tomorrow morning for a refund. That’s fine not a problem. I get it. Technical stuff with logins and passwords and whatnot for employees. It’s out of their power.
So the employee took care of my situation and “fixed” my order by giving my my 2nd order chicken fries and my Bacon Swiss Sourdough King.
I say “Fixed” because when I get home I unwrapped the burger and inside was....... the Sourdough King! Not the Bacon Swiss!!!!
How do you mess up TWICE?!
At this point I’m not even upset about not getting to eat a Bacon Swiss Sourdough King. I’m just upset at how they messed up twice.
I’d say fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
By mess up my order once shame on me, mess up my order twice, you really got an issue here.
I know where the miscommunication happened the first time? And I know 100% that there was no miscommunication the second time when I went back to fix my order because the employee and I talked face to face and she understood everything I said 100%
I don’t know how they managed to mess up when a manager signed on the receipt that they fixed my order and gave me a Bacon Swiss.
That’s whack af man.
Moral of this story. Check your order EVERY SINGLE TIME cuz I guess people can’t...

Read moreWent through the drive thru (9/15/17 about 8:30pm) , tried to order chicken parmesan sandwich - was told they didn't sell it anymore (though it's on the menu). Ok, so tried to order the buffalo chicken sandwich - was told they haven't started selling it (though also on the menu). When I asked why these items were on the menu if they don't sell them, I was told (with attitude) that she was just the cashier trying to do her job. Ok - fine... Then I was told that they didn't have any of the chicken to make these sandwiches. Well, which is it? You dont sell these items, or you don't have the ingredients? They don't have the chicken. So.... I try to order the number 1, (and yes I became sarcastic and asked if they still had hamburger meat). She said yes first, then changed it to No, we don't have hamburger meat. I assumed she was trying to joke back with me so I laughed....... until she called me ignorant (which is the incorrect use of the word for the situation anyway). THEN, when I finally got my order through to her, I pulled up to the window, she takes my card, runs it, then lays it on the counter while she goes and chats up the front cashier a few minutes.
