Rude, trash customer service⦠ZERO STARS.
I visit the #4475 location 3-4 times a week being that I live less than a quarter mile away. Unfortunately, that is going to change. Iām going to drive a couple miles to a different location from now on, being that the manager refuses to replace the Tots that were left off my order. I didnāt ask for anything free or complimentary, I actually offered to pay for another sandwich only requesting to receive the Cheese Tots that were missing from my order. Even with the car-hop remembering me & even knowing my order⦠thatās always the same Items. (like I mentioned, I āWasā a regular customerā¦) I told him no, I didnāt hold on to the greasy paper receipt stapled to the bag, all day long, while at work, and back home, for tots⦠I cannot fathom how management would refuse to replace an item I paid for, yet not receivedā¦. Again, I only requested the Tots missing from my combo⦠I even wanted to purchase another sandwich, as long as my tots were included. Manager (@4455 / Oats Dr. ) basically says āscrew youā - I absolutely would rather drive out of my way from now on to be a patron of a business / location that I Respect & that Respects...
   Read moreNite ¹I usually go by ho every nite for r a blast 1nite I asked for a shake Chris says my name's Chris I'm sorry the shake machine's broke but U can hav a blast said K I've never tried em he says u'll like it sure was right I hav 1 ever nite Ree nite a wk every other nite I eat there about two R three times week besides the blast I hav to hav I felt bad he only had 1girl I hope he stay there as a manager I had quite eating there as much cuz I hav Zonic online 1 nite I asked for what ever I got online the young man argued about the order not being for the price I said fine so I hadn't gone in about 2wks til Chris got me on to blast but he has a great personality very business oriented U for sure Need to keep him also last Thursday we met an older Spanish speaking man in his 40's that took our order out & I said I'm sorry but I only hav 3.00 as tip he says it's K not to worry but I always tip em especially if the bring all I need I lov ur food I'm disable &can't cook so I eat at Zonic most of the way plz Do Not take Chris & I do hope that when U hav good employee U will pay em good cuz I eat there Most of the time God bless...

We even drove away a couple of times when we had already paid for our drinks. We decided to try again after a while. It did not went well. I waited 45 min for my order. I had already paid so I had no choice. One of the employees came out and asked if I had already ordered, my order at this point had just dissapeared from the screen. She said they were gonna take a minute and being Memorial day I already knew I was gonna wait but not this long specially when there was 3-4 employees inside. And it wasnt super busy either. They came back out and ask what all I order because somehow they didnt had my order ready even tho the screen had notify me that the order was ready and they were coming out with my food. Fries were cold, cheese on coney wasnt melted and the bacon cheeseburger toaster didnt had any bacon. I also ordered Jumbo popcorn chicken and It was 80% small breading pieces.
