If I could give this place zero stars I would. ALWAYS remember that DFW is filled with dealerships so do not waste your time on this place. PLEASE purchase your Mazda else where. I purchased a brand new vehicle from them 18 months ago. This week while driving home from Colorado, I had a blowout. Mind you, it was only me and my daughter. Stuck in the middle of nowhere. I pony up and decide I am going to have to change this tire. SO, I call my dad to walk me thru it. Well, MAZDA forgot to include the jack with my new car. SO, after two hours of being on the side of a mountain a state trooper pulls up and is shocked I do not have a jack with a brand new car. I make it back to Texas and have called Metro Mazda and they said I need to pay for a new jack!! They cannot prove that it was not given to me. REALLY? what would I do with a jack? SO, if you decide to purchase anything bc you do not want to drive I recommend you inspect the entire vehicle. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!
EDIT TO ADD-I never knew it was not in the car bc I had not had a flat and needed to use it. You are right I did curse (OHHHHHH), I imagine most would given the circumstances. Had it just been me in the car ok, but my child NO. You are trying to justify bad customer service. I can afford to buy a jack clearly it is the point. You did not choose to stop assisting me. I chose to go with a more reputable route. Why would I want to buy a jack from you when you are the ones responsible. I would rather pay double for a jack then to give you my business. You proved my point with your response.
AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM METRO MAZDA UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO INSPECT EVERY PIECE OF THE VEHICLE. Otherwise, they will blame you for their...
Read moreClassic bait and switch. Came here for the special 0 APR. The 27k advertised came up to ~33.8k. I saw the sale was 2 k higher than on the site. Red flag 1. Ask to fix. Sales guy comes back with the same monthly but reduced sales price. Then they had a term called post market financing or something which had gone from 1k to2k. I asked the finance guy why that was. He said it was for a tracker to find stolen vehicles. I asked him to get rid of it and he flat out refused. He tried telling me the car was a different color from the online listing, but unfortunately for him it was the same.
This was followed by a cornering tactic where he basically told me he would remove the extra money if I can guarantee I would buy it on the same day. I told him no, following which he SNATCHED the price sheet from me and literally stormed out of the office.
More than the bait and switch, I felt more insulted that they thought I was stupid enough to not see that my monthly had not reduced despite reducing sale price. Extremely bad sales tactics and unfortunately for them they couldnât intimidate me.
Edit 1. Mazda reply claims I am combining multiple offers which is false. The price I wanted was the price listed on the website with the 0% APR offer(which I was told was valid on the car I was looking at). And please explain why the anti theft tracker price increases by 1k(to a total of 1.9k) and how it is so essential to the integrity of the vehicle. And the rudeness of the finance associate is still not explained where he cornered me and displayed how HE was pissed off because I didnât fall...
Read moreToday, 3/22/2025, I brought my 2025CX 90 that I purchased from them to the service department to get the towing and cable harness installed. They showed me the price was $1199 with tax. I agreed with the price and I presented the coupon that they sent me for a 13% discount. So, they sent me away with a loaner at 8 AM. Came back around 12 noon. When presented with the bill the bill shows additional supply charge. So, I asked them what is this additional $44 that was never disclosed to me and not in your catalog too. The service advisor called the service director and he tried to lie to me saying those are set by government and everybody paid the same thing. Then, I said what government. He said he didnât have time to argue with me and would not give me the key of my car if I didnât pay accordingly. So, at that time I really just wanted to prolong the case to small claim court added whatever bills incurred from that incident. Or possibly return the car. But, itâs not worth my time. However, this is like a gangster and I felt cheated. Itâs not about the amount but itâs about the hidden fees and the way I got treated like 5 years old with the lies. They motto is doing things right. But, their service director is not acting professionally even after charging their customers with surprising fees. Come on! Donât treat your customers like they are idiots not everyone could be fooled by you. So,...
