Talk about authentic Mexican dining. This is the place to go when visiting Mesquite NV. They have two locations, this and the other location in Las Vegas (which I have yet to try). Let's get down to why you are here. The wait staff members were patient and were very efficient. I had a guest who was very, very picky about the food because this is her culture, and these dishes are what she raised us on. On the other hand, I myself am a very selective person when it comes to cuisines. First, the Menudo. Very good portion. It's not overcooked rubbery nor having a burnt taste and not over spicy. Perfectly seasoned. The additional oregano, chili pepper, onion, and cilantro were on the side, so you could add season if needed. Also, it was piping hot. The Chicken Enchilada was tender and tasty. The beans and rice perfect portion. I had a Camaron Enchilada plate with green chili cheese sauce, rice beans, avocados, and sour cream on the side. First thing. The Cameron's were cooked to perfection, not under cooked or fleshy and definitely not overcooked and rubbery. No seasoning was needed. I was surprised because I love the taste of seafood. It's easy to lose the flavor if it's not right. This was definitely right, and a light fare. The salsas were chunky and tasty. They have spicy salsa that will tickle your senses. Finally, the Chili Verde came. It was loaded with meat tender and flavorful, onions and green chilies. The right portion size. They even have a Sunday brunch. The Las Vegas ...

I hate leaving bad reviews as I waited tables all through college, worked in many restaurants, but I would be remiss in not sharing my experience tonight. Our server took our order and promptly disappeared. When the food came the order was wrong but after 10 min of being ignored we decided to go ahead and eat as we were hungry. The asada in my burrito was dry and burned to the point I questioned whether they scraped the pan and gave me the scraps. It was like chewing on old jerky. My wife’s carnitas was similar but still soft enough that I used it to wash down the asada considering my beverage was gone 10 minutes prior as our server disappeared. We could have easily just walked out due to the disfunction at the register, but being upstanding citizens we of course paid. The person taking our money was of course… our server. I let her know I was displeased with the experience and the quality of food and she said, “did you eat it”? Of course we did. Our mistake. Customer service is dead. I challenge the owners to reach out to me. I don’t want anything as I will never eat there again but it would be nice to know they might learn something for the...

My husband and I shared an order of nachos. Very good! We visited during dinner time on a Friday night. It was quite busy. I actually took that as a good sign that lots of people liked it. The staff were all very kind. We say outside on the patio. I loved it. As expected with the crowds - food was slow to come. They kept up with our drinks great. Could have had more chips and salsa while waiting. We were with my parents and sister for dinner. My dad decided to give this place one more try. He and my mom had eaten there a few weeks ago, and had a weird experience. My dad ordered a meal, decided he was still hungry and ordered a second. Again decided he was still hungry and ordered a third. Instead of getting the third meal the cook came out to tell him he didn't need that much food, and wouldn't give him anymore.😂 Honestly, I thought the food and service were great. The place is clean with a good atmosphere. They can hold down the fort even while busy. We'll go...

There is no doub't this place has a lot of faithful longtime followers but I fail to see why. This is my 3rd trip, the 1st was a buffet 5 years ago, the second was drinks and this will be the last. The food is ultra bland. My wife and I are huge mex food fans but I can't remember any take out place being this bad. After complaining to the waiter he said "I'll bring you another dish" I said that's OK just give me a cheese quesadilla instead. He did and not only was it bland and dry he charged me an additional $12.00. Prices for Mexican are very high overall most meat dishes ran from $17-$24.00. The wrong type of tortilla was delivered The dish in the photo was $22.00 it also included rice and beans not shown. I was surprised because it was chock full and no guests wore a mask coming or going, no enforcement at all. Bad pass it up.

This Mexican restaurant has a very good Sunday brunch from 9 AM until 2 in the afternoon it is very pricey however $50 for my wife and I. it was very good though. I recommend that you try it at least once, all your favorites. If you want 🥑 (guacamole) it is an Upcharge available from the menu.🤦 They have hot tortillas made and filled to order with 🧀 I had dinner Feb 1st and I ordered an El pastor burrito 🌯 🙌 😋 it had more beans than meat in it. 🙄 It was the #6 my wife had #7 . Overall everything was good. A nice treat once in a while.
