This place is a dump. I have a service dog . She has her service tags on her collar and I carry the necessary documentation that proves she is a licensed service animal and is allowed to go everywhere I go when it is a public venue. My dog alerts me when I’m close to having a seizure allowing me the time to get somewhere safe. She is important to my well being. My dog is governed by the disabilities act and it is a federal law that she is allowed to go where ever I go. She is a highly trained and an expensive animal that allows me the freedom to go and do things that I could never do before she was assigned to me. I always carry documentation that identifies her as a federally protected service animal allowing her to accompany me where ever I go. The bartender saw me come into the bar and never said a word to me. It was when I asked to be paid for my winnings that he told me I couldn’t have my dog in the bar and told me to leave. When I tried to explain he got very rude and returned to his seat and called the police on me. There wasn’t one time a saw the bartender do anything but sit at the bar and flirt with the other bartender. We couldn’t even get his attention to get a beverage. So when he finally had to do something he was irritated that he actually had to get off his butt and do something besides flirt with the girls. Federal law insures that I be allowed to have my service animal by my side. I spent money in this place and not once was I approached by the bartender to see if I wanted a drink or discuss his concerns over my dog. Not only was I embarrassed but offended that he called the police when I did nothing wrong. It is just plain sad that their are such ignorant people like the bartender at the State Line it’s no wonder that very few people go to this place. I intend to pursue a law suite because of the treatment...
Read moreI wanted to give this casino a chance! I wanted to like the place and enjoy my time. UNFORTUNATELY, the staff was not a good cup of tea!!! Let’s start with the fact that all of the slot machines are hand payouts, which isn’t the problem, BUT the staff expects tips for DOING THEIR JOB! I played $100- lost $60- tipped $5 and walked away with $35- I went to another machine, and played another $100- tipped $5 and walked out with $22. I left and WENT back to continue playing.
But only this time- I put in a $20 bill WON- I won $217.00!!!! I cashed out and got a hand payout. I didn’t think of this a win considering the luck that I had prior. I got 1 hundred dollar bill, 5 twenties, a 10, a 5, and two ones. I tipped the $2 and played the $15. Anyway after getting my hand payout- the employee goes and gossips how I only tipped $2 after winning.
SO UNPROFESSIONAL, a tip is optional- not required especially at a casino for a payout of...
