I just want to say to Grease Monkey that if anything happens to my car today or in the near future I'm going to blame your service today I'm not sure I got the complete service paid for. And to add insult to injury, I'm over heating. Of course for five dollars they would have topped off my antifreeze. No worries i took care of it myself. Disappointed to say the least. Update: So I was contacted by asst. manager and asked to bring car back in to have things checked out by mechanic. Apparently the manager is the mechanic. As said, they did pull my car in and checked things out. And even had me in the pit too, I guess to verify, (even gave me a hard hat) under the car that there was leaks. First from the oil plug, that now all of a sudden is leaking, supposedly when i initially went in, 2) that I have a bad pan gasket too that is leaking and that I should get it replaced. When I disputed the fact that NOTHING WAS LEAKING when I first came In I was told that I was wrong and that it was leaking. That I was a quart low at initial visit. (All of a sudden pop, antifreeze all over us). Another part of the fiasco. And now another quart low? Note: Before I even went there I checked my oil Level and it was good. As far as I'm concerned and with out hesitation and as God as my wittness, I'm convinced that I got inadequate service and that because of me calling out an employee that was rude and very unprofessional, I am not getting the service I was charged for and that for what ever reason my car has been compromised. As before stated, I was made to feel that it was my fault. I know my car inside and out. I've had it that long. I think I know my car better than them. It's leaked and has been over heating(I can write about that too) ever since. There's more to this post and more detail that I can and will take an oath to. As I have used Grease Monkey in the past with satisfaction, it pains me to have to even have to post this. I welcome any and all disputes.    Read moreI haven't quite lived here a full year yet, 3 months to go. But I went here for anything I needed. Then, during this time I also had to unfortunately buy a new car (new to me), and some things weren't caught, and some things got way out of control, with some other things. But Juan,... I don't even have enough words to say how incredible of a man he is. Not only did he catch and fix my problem, but when I said I needed to travel approx 5 hrs home for the holidays, he told me he wouldn't let someone he cared about travel that far on the problem I had. It was 'supposed' to take 1.8 hrs (per computer whatever), and he could only get me in on Christmas Eve. I felt absolutely awful they had to work that day, but I got her in at 720. And instead it took almost 8-9 hours, Juan stayed after he was supposed to off work and home relaxing, to make sure that I would be safe if I did l end up going up home. It wasn't their fault it took that long, I have a European car, so a lot is on that. But not only did he not complain once, but he met me with a smile, walked me through what the heck that whole thing was that got destroyed. He cares so much, and again, I'm still actually looking for words. His team cares, he runs a great crew and I will trust him with anything I would ever need if I was in an emergency. I cannot express the gratitude towards this place, and towards J. You will always be taken care of here, and as for Women, you will always be watched out for and taken care of with extreme respect.

Was told my battery was totally fine , even after questioning the gentleman that tested it. After he showed me the slip that said charge and test again. Was simply told to go home and call if anything else happens. Oh and did it ! Car wouldnât start the next day , they were sweet enough to send someone out with no tools to âcheck it outâ and ends up , youâll guess it , itâs my battery ! Since he had nothing on him Iâm stuck another day waiting to get see if they can help. Call them again Wednesday and have a âlovelyâ conversation about how I need to get it towed to the shop, after throwing a fit that the only reason itâs stuck at home is because they turned me away , was then told someone âcouldâ come out and switch my battery but if itâs not the battery itâs going to be $150+ per hour to figure out what could be wrong. He spends 15 minutes Tops putting in a new battery and my car is just fine. Since I had to work while they were doing this , I receive a text stating that will be $260 dollars. Absolutely shocked at the price I have to ask if I can wait to pay until payday. They were sweet enough to say yes. After talking with friends and family Iâm told of 3 shops in town that I could have changed my battery for SO MUCH cheaper!
