Chicharron sazonado is excellent at OTHER location… This was one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten. Almost like chalk, like they cooked it yesterday and then refried it today until it was freaking ashes, disgusting! It was also incredibly over seasoned as if trying to hide it. Also, like others have mentioned, tasted like they used some kind of ancient lard used for years time and time again, YUUUUCK!!!

On the other hand people were very friendly (I did not have any interaction with management so can’t comment as others have) and the ceviche was top notch! Delicious!! It’s as if the cooks are different people altogether. So unfortunate since this location is closer to me than the other that I know is always good.

Management: pay attention to your chicharrones, this should be a staple for you guys.. This is the absolute worst I’ve ever had. Will not be returning to give you another try. Figure it out before you lose more clientele.

I was happy to see the new store so I finally had a chance to stop in. Must have been a bad day for every single employee there today. Not one single person said anything to myself or the few other customers there. I stood at the food counter for 20 minutes while 2 ladies stood there fixing themselves something to eat. Not a hello, or be with you in a moment, not even eye contact. Like I was invisible standing there until I finally walked away. Cashier at check out was the first and last person you see.
