ALDI — Local services in Mesquite

Honestly, I had no clue what to expect from these guys. I have now been there multiple times, and several other locations, shopping for others. This is by far the best organized IMHO. What makes them shine is how helpful the crew is. Its rare there is an item that I can't find, but when it does happen, they are eager to help - even check in back if out of stock on the floor. If my clients want something, I'm going to do all within my power to get it for them. And the Aldi crew at Gus Thomasson is very generous with their time. Just get that darn road fixed so folks can transit to the other side of I30 and back! One thought on why Aldi works. Most megastores have gone overboard with product selection. Like 30 versions of a certain major soup brand. Just Cream of Chicken may have 5 different options - with herbs, with mushrooms, gluten free, salt free, original and on and on. Its ridiculous. Aldi keeps your choices limited. Usually a major brand or two, and their brand (or generic). And the off brands are often good quality at great prices. Sure makes it much easier to shop for...

I have been shopping at this store since it first opened and I am very disappointed of the way I was treated at this store. When I was shopping, walking down the aisle I came in contact with a young lady and she had her palette in the middle of the aisle. I had attempted to get thru but was unable to do so, so I ask her politely if she could move her palette over about 2 inches so I could get thru, she replied " you can walk around if you want to" meaning for me to turn back around and walk down the aisle and come back on the other aisle. I told her no and then she replied " I am working here with a smirk on her face". So I left my cart and went to speak with the manager, which he said he would talk to her. All the young lady had to do move her palette 2 inches over so me and OTHER CUSTOMERS be able to shop in that certain aisle. Her behavior was not acceptable and not customer friendly. She was a young hispanic female...

Just like all the others it's a good store except Aldi has an aurora as if it's existence was some where else the brand names seem to have been a popular name elsewhere good store, but if I was the city manager Id be watching the availability of items why because Mesquite Texas has Ollie's and Kroger Target and Walmart. Honestly I can't see how people fall for paying for bags and the use of a cart actually lowers prices THINK ABOUT see you shouldn't have to convince customers to trade with you don't get me wrong I'd love to be an owner of a store as a matter of fact I'm a United States Inventor I have the design to generate electricity without having to use another energy source to produce another energy source maybe Aldi wants to invest in something that can help their energy source they provide hint hint to the owner of all the Aldi stores and show all the BIG name stores how to operate Efficiently because food stores are...
