Florencias Bridal — Local services in Mesquite

Extremely disappointed. TLDR version: terrible quality and terrible experience. Long version: I made an appointment online for 10am and received a confirmation and a reminder. We show up on time and the store was closed. We called both numbers listed and no answer. Almost 10min later someone shows up to open the store, sees me and my bridal party waiting outside and just straight ignores us and walks in. She didn’t ask if we were waiting or apologize or anything. We walk in and she asked us to wait a minute so we did. She then asked what we were looking for and I told her we had an appointment, which she clearly had no clue about. She just pointed to where the bridal dresses were. I asked if anyone would be helping us and she said she would. I picked out a couple dresses and she just hung it up and asked what I thought, I said I need to try it on to really see and she showed me the dressing room. I had to ask for clips and my friend had to help me get dressed and the clips were not strong and just fell right off. Also minimal seating and no pedestal. Also the quality was extremely subpar for the price. Cups out of the stitching, lace falling off, straps shredded etc. I tried on two dresses and we left it was so awkward and awful. Do not...

My best friend was shopping for a wedding dress. Truly a terrible experience shopping here from the time I walked in to the time I left. The lady at the counter with the burnt orange hair was rude possibly even racist. I notified her my friends would be a few minutes late she rudely brushed me off saying “I know she called” (My friend asked me to let her know she was a few minutes behind). Didn’t offer seating or water. I head to the seating area. My friends arrive and we’re waiting for service. They sent us this young new girl who was shy nervous and really didn’t know much. Then while we were there another group of Hispanic women came in for a quince dress they gave them all the attention. They basically ignored us for the rest of our appointment. We found a dress we liked but they didn’t have the size they told us we needed to order it for us to try it on we would’ve loved to buy it, but we weren’t about to pay for the terrible service. This place is amazing!! I got my prom dress from here. I got helped as soon as i walked in and the lady helped me find colors and styles that would suit my body well! We got to trying on dresses and she even gave me shoes to try on just to see the length (no one has ever done this at another shop). After choosing my dress all the workers there were kind enough to go and search for the shoe I wanted in my size. The environment and people there were so friendly and chatted and gave opinions on the dresses i tried which I love! In the end the man working at the front desk was so sweet and gave me 2 pairs of FREE SHOES!! They reallytreated me and my mok like family with their kindness. I definetley hope to have an occasion to come back and buy from them again!! Thank you guys for being sweet to me...
