I accidentally left my lunch bag at the self-checkout. When I called the store within the hour that I had forgotten the bag, an employee stated she sees the bag and will put it behind Customer Service desk for me to pick up. I advised her that will be the next day. When I went to get the lunch bag, another employee stated it was NOT THERE. I spoke to Christie, the Manager, who said she would look into it and call me back. Within two weeks, I was the one that always had to call her and check status. Christie did call twice during those two weeks only to tell me she was still investigating. TWO WEEKS TO INVESTIGATE A MISSING LUNCH BAG?? I am the one that told Christie to look at the video surveillance. Christie told me that an employee took MY bag to the Receiving Department and she had to wait a day to talk to the Receiving employee. I waited 2 DAYS then called the store back. Christie was off work, but an employee told me that the Receiving employee THREW MY LUNCH BAG IN THE TRASH!! 2 WEEKS to find this out???? I called Christie back the next day to ask for reimbursement, since the bag contained a high-end phone charger ($54.01 from Amazon), Safety Glasses ($5.00 from work) for work and a can of Dr. Pepper (which I dismissed) and the lunch bag ($15.99). Christie REFUSED to reimburse me even though HER EMPLOYEE THREW IT IN THE TRASH!! Christie BLAMED ME for "abandoning" the lunch bag! Very horrible way to treat a customer that has been going to that location for over 20 years!!!! I will NEVER go back to Kroger's again!!!! Horrible...
Read moreI visit this Kroger store today 02/15/2017 because I forgot to buy two items from Walmart. I got out of my car to grab a cart to put my baby in an as I was walking towards the shopping carts. The lady was grabbing the carts an putting them in the store. She took the very cart I was going to get. I was calling the lady asking can she please leave a cart for me. She kept walking away ignoring me. I thought she was so rude. People who have kids especially small babies used those cart to put there babies in. I understand they have to bring them in the store but she should have gave me a cart. How are you going to ignore a customer an walk off like that. I will never shop in this Kroger store again. I was so upset when I got home I called the store manager an reported the incident an he was so rude over the phone. He act like he didn't even care! Please people avoid this Kroger store. That's the reason I...
Read moreThe store is always clean and in order and has helpful employees however the parking lot often times has glass and sometimes other debris and is in need of a good power wash cleaning and lane repainting to give the store a fresh new drive up appeal.
Updated post: As of my visit to this store in the early part of 1/2025 the parking lot was totally upgraded and redone and looks amazing!! I am proud to call this Kroger one of my favorite neighborhood grocery stores to shop at.
Updated post: As of 8/22/25 I like how Kroger continues to keep their prices competitive with other groceries stores in the area. I also like the convenience of the local on lot gas station of this location. It helps me to save time by allowing me to both shop for my groceries at the Kroger store and get my gas all in one place. All grocery stores should have this option to help their customers save time...
