Would have easily given this place 5 stars off of my first 4 visits. Then I create an account, order online and it went downhill from there!! When I tell you fresh really good flavorful pizza i meant just that!! So when my first online order wasn't as good as before, i figured just call let them know. Things happen. Manager i spoke with that night at 8:24pm on July 9th, stated he would apply a $15 credit to my account.
So my kids go to pick up an order today, just horrible service. First, I called told the lady whom I now know as Morgan, that I placed a pick up order and just want to make sure it's fresh and up to par. She goes on to say, all of our food is made fresh, we weigh all our products, instead of just ensuring it'll be correct. However I ignored her unseasoned customer service skills and just said thank you. My kids go to pick the order up, there's no credit on my account like promised. So I call back, speak to Morgan. She states loudly at that "there's no credit on your account, I already spoke to my Gm, he told me there's nothing I can do, wait until you speak to him". Not really even giving me a chance to speak until I had to raise my voice. I kindly asked her to call him back and explain our conversation that way he may remember who I am, because i have no reason to lie about a $15 credit, but definitely want it if it was stated it would be given to me.
So I paid for this food! And sad to say, it was also dry and not good like when they first opened. All of it was dry!!
I did tell the manger I spoke with on July 9th that they have some of the best pizza in Mesquite and please don't start slacking. Looks like that's what they're aiming to do. And Morgan needs training on customer service seriously. That mean, what i say goes attitude just doesn't fit well in a customer service environment, she can't even listen for wanting to make sure she's in charge.
This is sad, a place with so much potential could go downhill so fast.

Our pizza was delivered to our neighbors house, and by the time they noticed it, it had already gotten cold. Their house number is 1018 and ours is 1014, not exactly the same number house and a significant difference in at least one of the numbers, bet YOU can see it. Attention to detail is important!! I'm just glad our neighbors are honest people. I have a couple on either side I am not too sure would bring OUR pizzas to us, as opposed to eating them; and I would have canceled the card purchase and at the bank for sure.
When the neighbor brought the pizza up, my phone alerted me someone was at the door, since we have a doorbell camera ,and I headed straight there, so there is no way we would have missed the delivery if it were properly and promptly delivered. I was already off work, so just doing the after work routine, while checking the front porch occasionally, which was useless, since it wasn't delivered TO MY DOOR.
The Pizzas were literally cold by the time we got to them. I had to reheat them separately due to cross contamination due to wheat. But it reheats OK, but nothing like actual fresh pizza still nice and warm in the box. I think they over cooked mine (WELL DONE CRUST) it was very dry and almost cracker like, but I do like thin crust, just not cracker-dry. There is a point where it is done, but nice thin and slightly more bendy than what I got. Not exactly at the SNAP! point, but...
Read moreWe thought we’d try this place out, being the new kid on the block. We order pizza every Friday, and wanted to see how it was. We ordered and went with take-out, as we didn’t want to wait for delivery. Admittedly, we should have checked our order prior to leaving, but the order was super basic and the total was correct, so we didn’t. Got home 15 minutes later to find one of the pizzas was totally wrong; clearly someone else’s order. We took it back to get it corrected, and the girl working the counter was baffled as to how our order was wrong, and how another customer had just shown up looking for the exact pizza we had by mistake. They offered us our original pizza, which had been sitting out for over 30 minutes at that point, which we declined. Beyond this, my wife’s ham salad had about 5 pieces of shredded ham on an entree sized salad with the incorrect dressing. Even using the half price coupon we got in the mail, it wasn’t worth it. There’s better pizza in the area, and we...
