The staff members were incredibly kind and accommodating. They helped me, locating the items I was looking for, in my case they even checked their stock looking for more options for me 🥰, I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at mango. I’m from outside of the United States and at my country we have Mango as one of our favorites clothing brand, having them in the US is great, not only cuz I still can get my closet full 😂 but to notice that they manage to have the same great costumer service, vibe and quality... this shows how amazingly they are focused on the customer experience shopping at MNG!

Read moreI had the worst customer service at this store. Natalia was the associate who was helping me, and she was so rude the entire time. I came to the store looking for specific items, and since they didn’t have them, I asked them to order them online, which to Natalia didn’t want to do. I feel more secure ordering from the store, in order to warranty the order. She insisted many times that she couldn’t do it, and that I can do it at my home. Read moreNicole is probably the one that has the stature of a store manager. That said I am disappointed with the fitting and quality of most clothing this year. It tends to become Shein in a nice store setting. Same with the other competition down the street.... Concerning help, it is becoming, self-service. Too many people on the floor are on their phone's, or chitchatting and do not give any attention. When Nicole works it makes a difference. It is sad how retail and customer service is going down in Miami. Brickell city center is even worse. MANGO bring back quality ( so awful) and service ! Bring back...
